Staff accommodated our wishes , the hotel offered very nice dinner (70 euros for two people) , good location

Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size bed, walk in shower. A bit tight for space but for one or two nights, comfortable sleep and hot water.

Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!

Don’t do it. The hotel receptionist was rude. She did not want to give us the two bedrooms with three beds that we reserved. She said the five of us in our party could only have one bedroom for two people. After arguing for an hour with her they agreed to giving us the two rooms we had reserved but ended up charging us more than we were quoted on Expedia. I do not recommend.

Easy check in, helpful staff. Clean and very comfortable room, hotel is in a great location. Accessible for walking/hiking and cycling. Secure on site storage for bikes.

Comida excelente, tanto buffet como almuerzo. El único pero el spa, lleno de gente saltándose la normativa de aforo y no está accesible a las habitaciones, tampoco tiene vestuarios en condiciones para cambiarse, teniendo que pasar de vuelta por el exterior del hotel y recepción, nada cómodo. Aunque todo está bien cuidado, en especial las habitaciones, el spa necesita una reforma

Breakfast overpriced, mostly cakes and bakery. On the photos room was with a kitchen, but if you want to use it pay €30 prr day extra.

Nice location away from the heat of Toulouse, adjacent pool facilities were included and enjoyed by the group too.

Lovely stay in the Pyrenees mountains! A quaint hotel with lovely views. Reception kindly updated our room and it was fabulous - a lounge, separate WC and bathroom and then the bedroom. We arrived late and in April so there wasn't really anything open in the town so we opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and are so glad we did - it was reasonably priced, lovely food and great service! We couldn't complain. Would recommend for anyone looking for a mini escape - we used it as a stopover from Perpignan area to Andorra! Enjoy :-)

We booked a family room and expected a room with 4 single beds. We got a 2 storey apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a dining table. Master bedroom with a king size bed. The beds had memory foam mattresses and were super comfortable. We had a great dinner at a very reasonable price in the hotel restaurant.

Visit to the old town of Mont-Louis and the scenic countryside.

We booked a room with double bed, yet were given an apartment with 2 single beds and 2 pull out sofas! I have a bad back and so could not sleep on the pull out sofas so we had to sleep in 2 singles. The TV did not work, you could turn it on but then could not turn it up or change channel. The heating was off and with the location of this hotel, it was minus 2 degrees in the morning when we got up after a very cold night!!! and very little sleep due to this fact. The room had cracks everywhere and looked about ready to fall down!

Great place for hiking.

La chambre rénovée était jolie et propre mais il y a plusieurs points négatifs. Notre chambre (n°12) située sous le restaurant est extrêmement bruyante dès 7h du matin lors de l'installation du petit déjeuner: bruit continu de chaises et de meubles qu'on deplace et qui font vibrer les murs. La chambre n'est ventilée que lorsque la lumière de la sdb est allumée et les routes des 2 côtés sont passantes et bruyantes. Le spa est agréable mais cela ne rattrape pas le fait d'être réveillé si tôt un samedi matin.
