Great hotel great staff, great for golfers

Good size room and bathroom and clean, staff was very helpful and efficient, hotel and grounds were well maintained, good wifi.

The hotel is very very good. Lovely rooms and great food. If i had to find a negative it would be the beds are a little hard for my taste, they may suite other people perfectly. Faultless otherwise..

Excellent, especially the staff. Very relaxing and quality. The entrance (garden areas - maintenance and security/lighting at night) and parking area are not kept up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. So, first impression was a bit dubious, but once inside it was apparent that the place was of quality.

Fabulous hotel, clean, comfortable beds and lovely rooms - we paid for one overlooking the golf course. The service and friendliness of the staff was second to none. The pool is a plunge pool (0.8m) on the top floor over looking the golf course which was very cold but just what we needed given we were here in August. We played golf every day and you definitely need a car to get around as the hotel is isolated but within 6 mins you can reach a supermarket and restaurants by car. The golf course was brilliant, really long and very tough greens but in fantastic condition and well watered.

Worth the stop. Staff makes all the difference. They were great and helpful - from the front desk to the bar and cafeteria. Treatment was professional!

Work trip. Quiet hotel away from the city. Need a car to eat out. A little tired but good for golf. Friendly staff and nice roof swimming area.

The meal service was a little hap hazard. Breakfast layout was different each day. The final day we had to request nearly everything as it hadn't been put out. We tried one time to enter the restaurant for an evening meal but we were told we could only eat in the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful but we never got the hang of the food rules.

Excellent hotel 20 min drive from madrid airport. Very eady check in, staff very good. Very big modern room with excellent facilities.

We founds Encin Golf Hotel while trying to recover from a vacation that failed. Encin was the perfect solution to provide our friends with a calming atmosphere good service and really really clean rooms.

Golf Hotel the best!

A business trip this time around. The staff are multi lingual (I speak English) which was fantastic. I didn't try the food on this visit so I can't comment. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are fantastic, very clean and well laid out. If i had to pick and i mean really pick then i would recommend an upgrade to the aircon, it does work and cools the room but not the greatest.

A modern luxury bedroom in well appointed facilties. Of course it appeals to anyone with an interest in golf. One flaw: the dining room was not open for an evening meal. Food was only available in the bar area. Breakfast was excellent.

Location was perfect. Room was extremely clean and well serviced with goodies

This is lovely quiet retreat , located near Alcala de Henares, and about a 25 minute drive to Madrid Airport Good for business or playing golf on the lovely links style golf course.

I had an overall excellent stay. The hotel has plenty of free parking. The rooms are modern with plenty of space. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the WiFi. It was a bit difficult to connect to the hotel WiFi. The instructions for connecting are not very clear.

The entire staff was helpful. Very clean hotel and comfortable rooms.
