Great hotel!

Hubo un evento privado de boda, sin embargo hubo mucho ruido durante el cierre y recolección de sillas.

Es un hotel muy bonito y bien ubicado. Servicio muy amable del personal. Les recomiendo instalar un cargador para autos eléctricos y así promocionar esa facilidad adicional para los huéspedes.

Amazing little resort. So cute. Great restaurant and pool. Great for events/weddings/travel parties over 50 people. First class staff!

Property is a bit rundown and needs up keep. Property is located near restaurants and shops.

I had a great time

The room needed more light bed and pillows where not that good it was overall clean personell was very kind Food in the restaurant was not good and we claim it was not good still we where charged full price.

Dated building and rooms; was generally clean but a bit run down. We got the suites which were spacious - and nice to have two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Toiletries supplied. No hot water for our showers. Beds had little beetles crawling on them - we flicked them off and then were fine. Breakfast was good. Overall price ok.

The cleanliness must be improved

At checkin, NO ONE told us they planned to play extremely loud music with vibration until 2 am. At 11:30 called reception, at 12:10 got dressed and walked to reception. At 1:10 they finally reduced music to level that would have been acceptable from start. A/c had annoying bright white light, black out curtains wouldn’t close. Loud footsteps above at 6 am. Tepid shower water. Our room was furthest from restaurant which meant 5 minute uphill walk over uneven tile stairs. And yes, reception is not where you expect and there was mold on wall. All I wanted was a good nights sleep before long drive, and this hotel refused to provide that.

Mold and flakey drywall/paint on wall hidden by cupboard in our room. Cantena bar and restaurant was exceptional. Yard and building maintenance lacking. Would be a 4-5 star if more care taken in building maintenance.

This was a good hotel to stay at while in Chiriquí. The hotel is super clean, offers good options for breakfast, and has a super kind staff

Disgusting totally misrepresenting the property. Old and run down. Furniture is old and broken. No hot water despite continuous calls.

It is ok. Clean and renovated but it is a bit complecate landscape

It is rounded with nature.
