The room wasnt too bad but when we came down for breakfast i witnessedba cockaroach crawling on the wall behind the coffee pot & then a baby one right by the open food. DISGUSTING! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, EVEN IF IS IS THE ONLY HOTEL IN OZARK. ID MUCH RATHER TRAVEL THEN HAVE TO STAY THERE AGAIN.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. It a little run down, but fine for a quick overnight stay. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not great, so I had cereal.

Everything was good except the most important thing. The mattress was bad. So bad that if you weren’t careful you could roll off. Mattress was worn and had little support.

Got there after 6 hours of holiday traffic at 3:25 and room was not ready and wouldn’t be for another half hour. 3pm check in. Bathroom door stuck when closed. Wife got locked in. Light switches on outside of bathroom. Sink drained very slow. Tenants above us were very noisy. We were on far end of hall and thought we were in a good low noise area. Would have been had it not been for above us.

We felt like this was the most outdated Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was old and most of the chairs I saw had stains on them. Otherwise, It was clean and the service was very friendly and courteous.

The room had cobwebs on the wall and dirt on the tile floor in the bathroom, it looks like an old facility but appears they are trying to update some. The staff was very friendly.

Staff is GREAT. Friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a really good cleaning. I had to swap rooms because the first one the AC was broken. The first room was much like the second one. Both needed a good deep clean.

The property wasn’t the problem the problem is Expedia and the hotel charged me for the same room. And Expedia says since the hotel said they didn’t charge me which is clearly on my bank account there is nothing they can do because the room was nonrefundable I don’t want a refund for the room but I don’t want to pay twice for the same room either. I will not be booking the hotel or use Expedia again.

The staff was very friendly but the room needs a serious deep clean. Sticky dirty carpet, dirty walls, breakfast wasn’t really anything good. The hotel needs updated.
