Staff was very cordial and the pool was spectacular

The rooms were OK, however, they lack a personal safe. There were gaps in the doors that allowed local insects to crawl in. I asked the front desk for assistance getting a small lizard out of the room, and they never showed up They later told me it was harmless. The staff was not friendly most of the time.

El hotel en general es muy bueno, limpio, tranquilo y muy bonito. Pero lo que separa este hotel de otros es el servicio excelente de parte de sus empleados y su gran honestidad, olvide mi billetera en la habitación y no regrese hasta el día siguiente y encontré mi billetera intacta tal como la dejé , no faltó nada ni un solo peso NADA !! Esto es algo que no se ve muy frecuente en estos tiempos , si pudiera darle 10 estrellas lo haría son el mejor hotel y el más seguro en que he estado GRACIAS INFINITAS 👏

Nice pool and Luis from the pool restaurant (breakfast) is super nice. Other than that, very average hotel. A good place to stay for a low price.

Wowwwwww es lugar más hermoso y espectacular de puerto escondido definitivamente tienen que venir y checarlo. Área de alberca para niños y adultos con una vista espectacular hacia el Océano. Wow la mejor vista desde lo alto de puerto. El restaurante perfecto, bebidas perfectas y comida deliciosa.

Hotel was nice. To far from main attraction. IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AT THE POOL YOU CAN'T TAKE YOUR OWN FOOD OR DRINKS. YOU HAVE TO EAT AND DRINK THEIR OWN.

Beautiful setting with clean, simple, spacious rooms. I feel it is a little unfair to comment as we were in Puerto to visit family. Breakfasts were great, pool fabulous, beds and pillows a little hard but fine for the short term : ) Very much a Mexican destination, which was very enjoyable for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. Food was great, however I didn’t include breakfast on my booking and had to pay 4X more on site.

Aldea was an excellent choice to stsy near everything! Rinconada where there are many restaurants and ice cream parlors. You must rent a car with v Travelocity only $61 to see all the beautiful beaches etc.

For a 4-star hotel, it doesn't meet the standards.
