The staff was five star but the whole property smelt of cigarette smoke including the rooms.

Dated hotel. Easy Access to Metro, Communication was hard sometimes, few staff went out of there way to help

3rd floor restaurant is poor management, people smoke in restaurant

Excellent breakfast buffer!

Absolutely recommend. Very nice staff. Very nice and large room, very nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. TV had English channels (CNN and HBO). Pool was nice (don’t forget head cap). Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Internet was limited. Hotel is next to the Metro station exit. Note: to go to the Terracotta Warrior will take 2 hours from the hotel door. Take Line 2 (Red) go South 2 stops to Beidajie, then take Line 1 (Blue) going East 9 stops to the terminal station Fangzhicheng, then take Line 9 (Orange) West 11 stops to Huaqing Pool. Forgot the Exit number, but it the South East. There was Bus 613 (I was told you can also use 602), will take half an hour to reach the site.
