We came to Milazzo with the intention of taking the ferry to the islands, however, it rained, and we spent an unexpected and delightful stay in the city of Milazzo. The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to reach the ferry. We walked all the way to the top of the castle, which was amazing. The streets are lovely to stroll at night, well lit and very safe. We ate at some very good restaurants. The hotel provided one of our favorite breakfasts in Sicily. Lots of choices and the staff was very pleasant. Great parking in the basement. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Practical, nice service, nice breakfast

We went to Milazzo to take the ferry to the Aeolian Islands for a day trip. Our original day trip was canceled but the hotel manager was able to quickly arrange another one. He also recommended several wonderful restaurants and we had two of the best meals of our trip. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a lot of variety. I highly recommend this hotel and it’s professional stsff

Very close to the ferry port, and the staff were very helpful

Great towels. Very quiet. Great staff, Mike at the Front Desk. In a quiet neighborhood but 3 streets from the water. Lobby very big with nice white Italian leather couches. Great for a night or two or three. Close to train station. Quick taxi to Milazzo city center. Coffee shop/bakery attached.

Stayed only one night on our way to catch the ferry . Was extremely impressed by the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect., recommending great late night dining options for us. The hotel interior was spotless and nicely decorated. Would highly recommend'! ,!

The Hotel Staff were not welcoming at all. The Breakfast was not sufficient. They served us a bread roll with jam, a croissant, juice and coffee. This was not satisfactory as the 4star hotel should have provided a buffet like all the other hotels. Also they forgot to make up our rooms one of the days. The hotel rooms air conditioning was controlled by the front desk. Very hot in the corridors and reception of the hotel. The only thing that was good were the rooms themselves. They were clean, large and comfy.

Nice hotel close to the port, shops and restaurants. Lady at the front desk spoke English, everyone was friendly.

A one night stop over here on our way to Messina. Glad we stopped here as it was big enough to have some interesting sights in the Castle and onto the light house and a reasonable selection of restaurants.
