Huhu, the room has termites, the sheets don't feel very clean. The old, rundown room, how can it be 4 stars? The view is OK.

There are too many mosquitoes in the room. My family took our child there and the mosquitoes bit us so much. The resort should fumigate the room before letting guests in.

The room is of poor quality, the interior is degraded and not renovated. The soundproofing is too bad, the room next to mine could hear everything, it seemed like there was only a very thin wall between the two rooms. I stayed in a Bungalow for 2 adults and 2 children for a total of 3,500,000 VND, and I found it not worth it at all.

The resort is quite far from the center about 8 kilometers The first thing is that the resort is old, the air conditioner is noisy all night. The room with 2 beds for the family is quite small, 4 people will be cramped but because I have 2 children, I can't afford 2 rooms. The mattress is quite old and flies around when lying down (fabric dust). The swimming pool is okay. Phan Thiet beach has a lot of clams so be careful not to cut your feet. The breakfast is okay, nothing impressive. The resort is quite sad at night. Overall, I will not come back

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. My room did not have a kettle so I called housekeeping to bring it very quickly.

I had a good time even though the resort is old, feel like living in 2010s. We went there in off picked time so the resort was quite empty and peaceful. Spa and Gym facilities need more improvements. Beach is not fantastic, still trash here and there, need to be taken care more often.

Cảm thấy quá thất vọng với giá như thế thì tôi nghĩ chất lượng phòng sẽ tốt hơn nhưng không có gì đặc sắc, ở khách sạn đôi khi còn ổn áp hơn 🧐, ăn sáng cũng qua loa không hấp dẫn😒, resort không có nhiều tiện ích để thích hợp nghỉ dưỡng, mong rằng chủ resort cái thiện lượng hơn

The price is not suitable for the 4-star hotel. Room's facilities are rather old, some of them don't work properly (I got the electrical leakage with the night light's button), and not enough light as well as coat hanger…. The pool is nice but they don't have regulations for the swimming uniform, some people jump into the pool with their long sleeved shirt, they didn't remind them to wash their body before swimming or after going to the beach. In another point, I like their restaurant staffs, they are friendly and enthusiastic. The food is OK and the parking lot is wide too. The receptionist is just a little bit unfriendly. The beach has rocks and not very clean.
