I very nice hotel in the middle of Turin. The surroundings are beautiful. Excellent food, shopping and places to visit.

What a fabulous surprise! This hotel is a little gem right next to the station. We loved the historic feel and friendly staff. The terrace was so pretty too. You can’t go wrong here especially for a central one night stay.

A 3 star hotel with charm and character that was better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in. A really great location for most of the main attractions and very walkable. Helpful staff who were happy to make dinner reservations. Breakfast was very good, great coffee and the terrace was a lovely spot for aperitif. Top tip, don't waste €47 on an airport taxi, the 268 airport shuttle bus is €7.50 and stops about 100m from th hotel.

Great location, right by the train station, 2 min walk to the meeting point for my walking tour. Room was lovely and the breakfast was great!

Everything was exactly as described. There is no AC in the room but they give you a fan. Rooms are very quiet, staff pleasant and friendly.

We liked the hotel although we booked a delux room we thought there is wooden floors instead of carpet we also got carpets. Next time we come a normal double will be fine. Breakfast was plenty and a good range .

The hotel was in a great location and the front setting was beautiful. The reception staff were pleasant and the breakfast was decent (coffee machine, wide selection pastries and breads, jam, eggs, yogurt, cereal). Plus they have water station on every floor which was great. Unfortunately my room did not match the description of my booking and was quite disappointing. The room can't have been redecorated in 25+ years and had the bathroom to match. The bed was old, not many electrical outlets suitable for an adaptor, and the bathroom was avocado green/floral tiles and a shower cubicle that was tiny with sliding doors, however it was all very clean. The AC unit is very welcome, but does mean a vent goes through a hole in the window so it was loud overnight from people outside and you couldnt close the shutter so it was light very early. My stay overall was fine, but I had higher hopes given the renovated rooms shown in the pictures. If all rooms look like the renovated ones then I can't see a reason not to stay here, however I wouldn't return to the room I had.

Great location near the Porta Nuova station and metro/tram stops. Really loved the room with French doors and the view of the park just in front. The breakfast was nice too in a lovely room. The staff was very helpful. One of my all-time favorite hotels in this gem of a city!

The room was beautiful - large, comfortable, and full of light.

Impeccably clean with a nice lobby & kind, professional staff. I left too early to try breakfast, which begins at 7am, though I was delighted to find a filtered still and sparkling water dispenser for filling water bottles on each floor. I had a single room with a queen sized bed, and it was roomy with a nice small balcony looking onto an interior courtyard. The room itself is charming, and very clean. The shower, while spotless, is a little coffin-like; I'm a small woman and I had to hold my elbows close. If you're larger, I suggest you reconsider, but if shower size is not an issue its perfectly fine. Mattress was a little worn out-- I could feel the divot where it has compressed over the years-- but comfortable enough. I stayed here because I was taking a 6am train out of Milano Centrale and wanted to be close. It is literally across the street, and could not be more ideally located for the station. Everything felt very safe, and easy walking to the rest of the city. All in all, I recommend!
