This hotel is wonderful!! The breakfast has something for everyone. We felt safe here. Guillermo is THE NICEST!! Everyone is helpful. Our room was kept clean. It's relatively close to the subte station. A GREAT place to stay in Buenos Aires!

Everything was great!

Decent hotel. Breakfast was pretty average - I skipped a couple of times for coffee etc elsewhere. Some staff were helpful but others felt a bit put out whenever I needed a new key etc. Nice pool area although it is small. Room felt clean and housekeepers did a good job.

Hotel Bys Our 3 day experience at Bys We checked out at 11.45 and did not stay to 1 pm as that offer was ridiculous and no compensation for the problems we had experienced . We had asked for EXTENSION complementary until 6 pm and were refused . . First night was 6 th floor king and that is what last 2 nights should have been . Instead when we arrived late after a very long journey ,we were put on third floor in 2 singles .The offer of pushing 2 single beds together on level 3 bedroom was ridiculous at 11.30 at night . The king room high up king room we booked for the 1st night and in addition final 2 nights months ago ! Finally we were moved on last night to 6 th floor king room, which meant the re packing for cases had to be rushed and done on our last morning when we had hoped to see some tourist sites. Normal desk staff were helpful but management were not very accommodating , their only answer was we are very busy with lots of Brazilians and you have to take a 3 rd floor room with 2 single beds, having done this for one night , we would have at the least expected an apology and an EXTENSION on check out to 6 pm to repack cases . Perhaps they were under stress because they seemed to be having many toilet issues in different rooms. Overall dissapointing. I don’t know 2410, what’s the time?

Priced reasonably, it is strategically situated in Palermo. The hotel is clean. Walking distance to good restaurants. I like that they have 4-single bed rooms, perfect for group trips. The hotel staff were very accommodating and anticipates guests needs. The neighborhood is quiet. Highly recommended!

Too much noise from upstairs

Nice clean hotel with ease of getting anything you need! Make sure to convert your dollars at the reception so you get twice as much money!

Hats off to the staff, they were nothing short of outstanding when I came to assistance and care as a guest. Arranged gluten free products during breakfast, and surprised me with my computer that I left in the room when checking out. A huge thank you to house-keeping for not only finding it, yet acting quickly enabling me to receive it before leaving. I appreciate you !

The main reason I picked this hotel was the reviews. In particular, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, lived up to the reviews and more! I don’t speak Spanish and only my second trip to Buenos Aires. They started helping me before I even arrived with filling in the paperwork for entry. Guillermo totally took care of my needs! Great location, could walk to great restaurants. They even arranged for a nurse to come to the hotel so I could get a COViD test to get back into the US. Definitely staying there again, thanks again to all.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Great breakfast. Ricardo and Guillermo at the desk were the best and so very helpful. Got us dinner reservations in Carden restaurant which was outstanding, arranged our airport transport, and Safely stored our baggage our last day. Top notch. I’d recommend. Really liked Palermo. Highly recommend Blest Microbrew Pub. Great beers, food fantastic, great service and atmosphere. Also like Gorrión leather store and Rapanui gelato and chocolates are outstanding. The street art is amazing too in this area. You will have a great stay.
