Check in was awful they told us there was no rooms by the elevators (I’m handicapped) but then a family after us literally got the room next to the elevators then the AC didn’t work in our room at first the blamed it on the storm but when we called again at 11pm because it was cooking in our room we was told no onsite maintenance till morning and they booked every room they had our only options was deal with it or leave at 11 something at night I would never stay here again

I would not recommend this hotel. I was very disappointed with the customer service here especially since it’s a Marriott which is why I actually picked this hotel out of the way instead of some random named hotel. The front desk was not helpful with any of our issues such as new pillows because we had flat pillows, they said “we don’t have any extra” and did not make us feel welcomed upon arrival. Also we reserved a King bed but when we got there all the kings were taken. Very poorly run hotel.

It was an amazing hotel with amazing staff. The only thing was the room wouldn’t cool down but that is such a little thing compared to how beautiful and clean the hotel was. We truly enjoyed our time here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. They would truly enjoy their stay. It was such a convenient location right next to Tanger outlets. Thank you to courtyard for making our stay amazing.

It was really good! A little disappointed with the pool and the outlets near our beds were not working. Overall, it was very clean and quiet. I would stay here again!

The bed and shower were top tier

I am shocked at the state of the bathroom and shower of the room we received. The toilet was not secure and base wobbled. The tile appears has been repaired but the door gets wedged on the repaired area...took serious effort to unstuck. The shower also has mold growing around the base and could be due to water getting past the tile due to not being caulked. With the grout outside of the shower being cracked and half removed water is definitely under the floor and causing issues. My wife and her mother frequently stay at this hotel but my wife said none of her past stays have had a room like this. Super disappointed :(

Jordan (the manager) was AMAZING! She was very inviting, kind, helpful, and accommodating! Anything we needed, she was there:) She deserves a raise! We will stay again!

Staff was great and location is good. The common areas and cafe are great the rooms need updating.

Rooms had a smell to them. Not too bad but still noticeable. Rooms were clean though
