O atendimento da recepção excepcional, o quarto muito espaçoso e confortável, varias opções de restaurantes e até cinema no mesmo complexo. Acho que ideal para viajar com crianças. A única ressalva foi Café da manhã apesar de ter muitas opções, não era de qualidade, comi o ovo mexido com presunto que era o que realmente estava muito gostoso.

Clean rooms and great service

Buen desayuno, el resort nuy completo. Eso si no esta en Mendoza sino en Maipu, a 15 minutos de Mendoza.

Very nice and clean hotel little bit far from center of the city but in general the experience was very good

Esplendor is located in the Arena Maipu a casino leisure complex some half an hour from Mendoza. As such it is blessed with amenities but not in the heart of the city. Nonetheless location is good for wineries. The hotel is well looked after and run by excellent attentive staff. It was a pleasure being there and we will certainly stay there again.

Falta manutenção e limpeza. Os quartos nada tem a ver com as fotos do expedia. As fotos são de suites e não tem o mesmo espaço e decoração. O preço chega perto de um 5 estrelas, mas o hotel é um 3 estrelas com muito boa vontade

I love the facilities both for leisure,fitness and dining options at this hotel. The onsite amenities are excellent. The staff and management are excellent. There is lots to do nearby and it is so easy to go to Maipu or to Mendoza and steep yourself in this wine region. The bedrooms are excellent the ones facing the mountains have awsome views. I would sugguest booking one of the larger rooms on offer as they are excellent value. Also treat yourself to a massage or one of the treatments on offer at the spa they are fantastic. Overall a great hotel with lots to offer I will be back

I stayed here for 2 days a week ago. I travel a lot and this hotel doesn’t have the amenities to be a 5 stars hotel, the personnel is not very efficient either.

Hotel is clearly understaffed, serious lack of cleaners room was the worst ever stayed in even after moving rooms from being next to the AC unit for the whole Casino. VIP suite only room to stay in but suite and hotel seriously needs a deep clean. Great location for wine region, casino was fine but needs a scrub and updating asap.

Stayed a few days to enjoy pools and relax and use the casino. Outdoor pool is nice but freezing cold as not heated. General standard of cleaning is poor. Curtains in room not wide enough to cover windows so had a neon light in my room all night. Mixed helpfulness of staff, some nice others arrogant and unhelpful.

Great hotel, nice decoration and clean and spacious rooms. very comfortable. Check-in staff super friendly. Delicious and varied breakfast. The parking is included in the lower floor, makes it very easy to access the hotel. The air conditioning in the room made noises, not loud but annoying. A little further from the city centre.

Ok hotel that looks nice but is lacking in some areas. Room smelt of smoke. Reception did offer to switch our rooms but the other one wasn’t much better. Bed was comfy and can’t complain about the amenities. Was very underwhelmed by breakfast: just a limited amount of meats, cheese and bread with some standard teas, juices, fruits and cereal. Nothing cooked and nothing particularly tempting. We had a free drink as part of our stay but as the hotel didn’t have a bar we were just told to get something from the Luke warm minibar. It’s ok, but underwhelming.

Great hotel in maipu, perfect for visiting the wineries. Nice comfortable bed, large clean room. Nice and cheap restaurant within the complex called Churrasquito. Would recommend!

Great place, but there is no much around it

Me gusto el tamaño de la habitacion y la decoracion pero le faltan amenities por ser una habitación suite.

Another great stay we love the swimming pools (both) and the spa team are excellent. Our room was spacious and the view stunning. We love the location for visiting Mendoza City and Maipo. There are parks around for walking and exercise. There are Cinemas,supermarkets.and restraunts and a casino in the complex. The service and the staff are outstanding in the hotel. I had two massages at the spa wonderful. This hotel suits all our needs we will be back.

Front desk staff is great, but the rooms are a bit rundown. Drapes were falling off curtain tracks in my room, and my friend was in a suite with no sofa in the living room (just a coffee table and two ottomans). Breakfast is not as good as it once was...they no longer serve hot options like bacon and eggs.

Nice hotel but the rooms were dim no matter how many lights were turned on. Buffet was good, great coffee, has a club, casino, a few restaurants on site.

For business it is a good place to stay, a little out of the way but for Mendoza in the top 5 that i am aware of. Room was clean, modern and everything work as it should. Price was fair.
