Enjoyed my stay. Easy check in. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. water was hot with good pressure. Appreciated the ice machine. Used the fitness room a bit and had decent equipment. Breakfast was decent. everything was in working condition. Easy to check out.

It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice area.

The property was excellent. We'll stay there again if need to while passing through Richmond. But we won't book via Expedia!! They lost the reservation booking and their website repeatedly failed to bring up the confirmation. Their system got the booking confused with another booking made through them for a week later.

Great area that felt much safer than most interstate hotels

All aspects of the employees at this hotel were wonderful and extremely helpful. I arrived very late and they left word for every possible desk shift that I was coming. The ease and proximity to get off and back on to 95 was also a bonus.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Sheila was so friendly and helpful. Shay was also very nice. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the area was kept neat and orderly. We will certainly stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you.

An excellent location, very clean, helpful and attentive front desk. Sheila is amazing, she’s 80 years old, but a very professional and friendly worker.

The hotel is located in a good spot, not too far from restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The free breakfast was good (waffles, cereal, sausage and eggs, but wished they had oatmeal.)

We had a problem but they refuse to call me to discuss. I tried to deal with it there. The front desk lady was helpful and said that she would have the manager (I believe her name is Jessica) but she did not call me that day. I gave it an additional day but still no call. I called back and got the same front desk lady and she said that she would have Jessica call me. At this time, she still hasn't called. I guess that I need to go up the chain of command.

The room overall decent. Have a little issue in the beginning when checking in where upon entering the room there was water on the floor. Immediately told the front desk staff and asked for a room change. The staff told me there was no other rooms and when to check the room. When he returned he asked if we were okay staying in the room without the fridge.

The rooms were nice and we got clean towels everyday.
