Wonderful place. Great staff. Fabulous location. Our second visit and we will return again. Anita is an outstanding host.

The villa looks beautiful from outside but no front desk when we arrived and we stayed 3 days and did not see any employee at the reception. For the price we paid, we should have had a human being assisting + housekeeping service vs feeling like an airbnb unit. The bathroom had a very strong odor ; no curtains in bathroom and could not iron clothes but Anita was nice enough and replaced it. Even though Anita was responsive via whatapp , she stopped responding to us when we checked out a day earlier due to safety/smell concerns . She said that she will talk to Supervisor buts been several days and two messages. i would appreciate if Management would reimburse the last day

Great private residence with only a handful of rooms. Anita the manager was so friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

This is a charming place in a wonderful location in the seaside Lapad area of Dubrovnik—away from the tour buses and cruise ships, but an easy bus ride or Uber to the walled city. Anita was wonderful, providing lots of great info for our stay—we had two lovely meals at restaurants she recommended. A nice full breakfast was provided at a restaurant a short walk from the hotel. The room was clean and lovely, with a little espresso machine! The only downside to the stay was that the room got a bit humid with the AC on and there was no cleaning service between our two nights (but we didn’t ask if it was available, and just washed our coffee cups out—no problem at all—just not consistent with other hotels).

Great location. Close to beach, transportation, and food. Anita was so helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable room, everything one needed, plus free parking a bonus, Anita was very attentive and helpful. Free breakfast at nearby “Mama Mia” was good. Local restaurants were also good.

This place was a lovely gem! Beautiful, comfortable rooms with a wonderful large balcony. Close to promenade and restaurants and also east acress to bus line. Anita was very helpful with great information. Would highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! The hotel was quiet, had its own pool and was within walking distance of the beach. Restaurants nearby and a quick journey by bus into Dubrovnik old town. Staff at the hotel are excellent from the front of desk to housekeeping. Would highly recommend.

Great small hotel, Anita was amazing and very welcoming and helpful. The only down side - the Ii s hotel has an off-site breakfast, the restaurant is close, but breakfast is below average. Otherwise, great place.

The property was lovely and in a great location. Rooms were spacious and the showers were divine. The host was friendly and offered many great recommendations for sites and food.

Anita was the perfect host and the villa is surrounded by amazing restaurants. Perfect location to take the bus into Old Town or drive out of Dubrovnik for the day. We all slept so well and it was the perfect break. Thank you!

Villa Filaus is a lovely little property very close to the boardwalk and with convenient access to local transport to get to Old Town. The hostess Anita was so warm and welcoming and made our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying at Villa Filaus if you are going to Dubrovnik!

The location of this hotel is perfect for the beach and local restaurants. Walkable to both old town and other areas. Anita on reception is super helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

A small number of high quality rooms. The best bed we have ever slept on. Anita, the concierge was very efficient with nothing too much trouble. All together a great stay.

Great location and communication

The best stay we had in Europe! Anita was so friendly and easy to work with for a late check-in. Although there is no elevator, the stairs were wide enough to easily carry up our checked-size bags. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top level and it was gorgeous! Perfect for a family of 4. It was Super clean, quiet, and we had all of the amenities we needed. We also loved the quiet location but still a short bus ride or Uber into old town (the bus can get busy so we preferred taking an Uber/taxi). Definitely go to Restoran Madonna down the street for their mussels!!! They were DREAMY! Pizzeria Scala only a few steps away was also incredible! We will stay here again!!
