Good location for the town and shops. Room was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast was continental buffet style, but the toaster was extremely slow! No additional amenities in the hotel like a bar, pool, spa etc., but this wasn't necessary for our trip. Overall, very good value for money.

Great location and large room with spacious balcony. Powerful air conditioner and slightly dated but clean bathroom. No fridge in room but several shops in walking distance. Staff were very friendly and very short walk to the beach or to the Old Town.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Clean spacious rooms. Basic but functional.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. A 5 minute walk from airport bus that runs every 15 mins. It is a huge multi storey building with 5 floors as a hotel and the rest as private apartments. I was on 2nd floor and immediately could smell sewage. Inside the room, the same smell was in the bathroom. So a drain problem throughout the building. I had no cleaning in 4 days. I didn't complain as I'm tidy and clean and had plenty towels. Breakfast was not great. No eggs. Coffee was dire. Only paid for 1 day. Plenty cafes within 5 mins walk in all directions. Easy walk 10 mins to shops, restaurants, promenade. If like me you just want somewhere to sleep and are out the rest of the time, it's perfectly fine.

Wow what a villa! Everything was amazing I visited here in 2025 and already want to come back! Unfortunately there are sold out for the dates I want to come :( July 2026 The staff amazing The rooms amazing. Breakfast to order every morning. Driver ready to take you to the square everyday. Clean room with friendly cleaners, fantastic location. Odd cockroach in hallways between rooms but very rare. Only had 1 lift working so glad we were on the 1st floor.

In a good location. We left early as it was not a comfortable room. A bit misleading as photos show large building, but hotel only uses lower levels.

Three out of four elevators are not working. We’re lucky to stay on first floor. Otherwise we have to wait for the elevator at least five minutes every time to go up and down. Front desk lady is not that patient to explain the Wi-Fi connection information so we have to come to her again for the connect activities. breakfast has a variety of choices specially, gluten-free option which is good in Room amenities are simple but relatively clean except some I find a stain on one of the facial towels

Lovely room with comfortable beds. Nice sheets and towels. We only stayed one night to catch the early airport bus up the road. The location is ok but I prefer to be a bit nearer the old town but it's right in the shopping area with El Corte Inglés and other shops all nearby. It's a modern tower block apartment hotel. The tallest building in Alicante. You can't miss it!

Excellent hotel, very central, great staff and very friendly. Shops everywhere and about 10 minutes walk from Alicante bus station. Superb!!

Stayed for 3nts in a double room. Great location, perfect for exploring the city centre on foot, and only two minutes from Luceros tram stop and a bus stop if you want to explore further. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a decent sized bathroom and balcony. We had a double room, so no kitchenette or mini fridge in ours, but there are studios and one bedroom apartments available if you want them. We were on the 1st floor but if you're higher up, I would expect you'd have great views over the city too. It was great value too. We would return.

Very clean and well presented room, housekeeping staff were helpful, didn’t interact with anyone else. Didn’t try any of the food. Hotel was very nice, shame about the boards of young teens there, they made a hell of a racket throughout the late evening. The hotel was in an amazing location, central to almost everything you could want. Free WiFi (although not the best signal). Would definitely stay here again!

We stay first floor and we didn’t sleep well. They picked garbage from street containers every night 12 to 1 am. Lot of noise. Maybe upper floors and different side of the building is better but room 106 was terrible because of that noise. Otherwise not bad. Room did not have refrigerator or coffee maker
