We arrived to be told the hotel was full and was sent 2 kilometres away . Not ideal as we had booked to be close to our friends so spent the time getting taxis

Dificult to get a sunbed before 3pm but all good apart from that. Clean and spacious accommodation in the middle of Carmen so easy access to all the area had to offer. Friendly and accommodating so yes we would revisit.

Very tired! The shower ran freezing to hot and had a filthy shower curtain. Thank goodness only there for 1 night.

Really great position for shops restaurants ect beach not best for parking but rooms great and good value

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. One drawback is the sunbed saving throughout the day.

On arrival.abit confusing to find room.room lovely and big. Great shower..great layout busy but no probs finding beds. Lovely staff expecially victor.well looked after. Great cleaners spotless. Also wonderful location. We willbe returning.

Great location, very clean and even though very close to the main strip it was quiet. Only problem is towels on sunbeds without people. The hotel should remove them if unused for an hour.
