Good value for money hotel, close to city walls in old city. Good breakfast. A bit noisy, which is typical in Turkey but OK for a couple of nights. Good soundproofing as walls concrete but lots of noise from doors slamming shut near my room!! Would come again.

Excellent location, very clean and staff were helpful and friendly

Valet parking was great. Rooms need freshening up and not like the pictures show. Wifi intermittent. Breakfast good.

The pictures are a little misleading. Breakfast was less than average. Area quite noisy.

The location was st the heart of grand bazar, do crowded but nice. Rooms were not super clean. The staff were simply amazing. Savaš was very helpful. He even lended us some Liras because the exchange office was not open.

The aircon was not good which makes us uncomfortable.

Everything was fine. Good breakfast, the room adewuate,the sauna was very good and the Internet connection worked well

We arrived two days before our booking date and the hotel manager worked diligently to fit us in. She was terrific as was the front desk staff who were personable and very helpful. The room was clean and efficient and well appointed. We kept hoping that the roof terrace restaurant would open but never did. The other restaurant, though, was fine and served our needs. The front desk arranged a taxi with outstanding driver to take me to Mardin (Mardin is not to be missed).

The hotel is in a good central location and the staff are friendly and helpful and understand english very well . The breakfast is very good and the choice is vast I should think that everyones' taste is catered for !! The hotel is very clean and well presented with clean towels and bed linen everyday . The only grumble I have is that there weren't enough coat hangers in the room for me .(but thats being very picky). I had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

This hotel was a great place to stay considering the choices in Diyarbikar. Tthe breakfast had a nice selection and my room was a little small but clean and modern. The staff was the best part of the stay as they were very friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you for the great customer service!

Oteli yeri çok iyi Tam eski şehirin ortasında ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde Ancak kesinlikle 4 yıldızlı değil ancak 2 yıldızlı otel Odalar çok küçük, eski, banyo kötü, perdeler dökülmüş, buzdolabı çalışmıyor, yerler halı kaplı ve oldukça kirli duruyor Kahvaltı berbat 1-2 gün önceki yiyecekler konulmuş Simit pide vb çok bayat yenilmiyor

Personal 10 numara, Okadar yardim sever millet görmedim😍 hep böyle Kalin süpersiniz

Yıldızına göre Kahvaltı çeşidi cok azdı.

Temiz ve şehir merkezinde güzel bir otel

Hotel yeni değil. Biraz eski. Bu yüzden eşyaları da bir miktar yıpranmış. Personel gayet ilgili. Odalar da sigara içilir içilmez kavramı yok malesef. Banyo standartlara göre fazla küçük.

Diyarbakırın tarihi yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde. Konumu mükemmel sadece arabayla değil toplu taşıma bile önünden geçiyor. Otel çok nezih ve personel çok ilgili. Otopark var ama 300 metre ileride. Otel personeli arabanızı otoparka bırakıyor çıkışta da alıyor getiriyor. Konum olarak harika yerde konfor son derece mükemmel ve temiz daha ne olsun... Başka otel aramayın

エコ対策か照明が暗い　通路を歩くのが怖く　エアコンの効きも微妙　ただ立地は文句無しでした

Otel merkezi bir konumda. Tabi diyarbakırda nerede işiniz olduğuna bağlı olarak değişir. Eski püskü bir otel. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Şampuan ve saç kremi o kadar kötü duruyordu ki kullanamdım. Allahtan kendi şampuanımı götürmüşüm. Pek memnun kalmadım. Bence temizlik konusunda yetersiz.

Hotel très bien situé pour visiter à pied Diyarbakir , sa superbe mosquée , sa citadelle et ses musées. Accueil sympathique et bon petit déjeuner.
