Excellent experience in all aspects

Great location

This is the best place to stay in Campos, offering a wonderful mountain atmosphere. The piano room is fantastic, featuring special performances each evening. The food is exceptional, from dinner to breakfast. The property itself is spacious and offers a variety of leisure activities and entertainment options. The spa is also excellent.

Great environment and quietness

Traditional and old school good service all the way! We felt pampered and at home at same time. Food is incredibly, the music performance at the piano bar unforgettable. The grounds are beautiful. It’s literally ano of the best hotels in the world.

Charming swiss chateau style hotel, nestled in the woods of the Mantiqueira mountain range, clean and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Campos do Jordao city center, and yet vey close. Staff was super friendly and polite, going above and beyond to serve well and make us feel welcome and at home. Excellent dining options within the premises of this beautiful property. Paradise for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers

This was such unique experience. The place is gorgeous. The bedroom and bathrooms are huge. The staff is amazing. Perfect service. Delicious food. Will definitely go back and totally recommend.

Amazing experience. This hotel is a classic, but with continuous upgrades. Located just 2 and a half hours from São Paulo, in the Campos do Jordão mountains, it’s one of my favorite experiences in Brazil. Really a gem!

It was an amazing experience, one of the best hotels i have ever stayed

Loved the Hotel and surrounding areas, offers several activities and near the center of Campos do Jordão but the restaurant service was quite slow and the food needs improvement. Menu did not have enough options and it needs a new chef.

This is the second time I rely on the classification that expedia grants to a hotel expecting a really luxury boutique hotel as it is announced, but all the contrary, only the location and surroundings of the hotel are nice. This is a very old hotel that has been kept in good conditions, but no luxury or special services at all. I find it extremely expensive and no comparison with, for example, "Fiesta Americana" hotels in Mexico or "The Fountainblue" in Miami which are not that expensive. Definetely we are not going back or recomending it.
