The hotel is nice, the service is friendly, the rooms are the best, but it's quite a bit of a walk from Haram, it's more than 2km, you have to take a taxi, if the traffic is smooth it's 10SAR, if there's a traffic jam it's 15-20SAR, it's worth it for that price 🙂

so comfy for the hotel, the room have more space & the bed so soft. the hot water is always hot... awesome hotel... and the price is not too expensive for 5 star hotel.

It's comfortable and very strategic

from the Grand Mosque it's only about 2 km, but the road is uphill, taking a taxi costs 40 rials. the bus ride can take an hour

The staff are very great, the shuttle bus are very helpful, unfortunately the cleaning staff not doing their jobs accordingly. I will comeback again for sure, hope the cleaning staff can improve when I'm comeback

Very happy to recommend there is a shuttle bus to Haram.

Lokasi cukup jauh dari Masjidil Haram, tetapi terdapat pengantaran shuttle bus 24 jam, sehingga tidak terasa jauh lagi. Hanya saja, di sekitar hotel tidak banyak terdapat restaurant / tempat makan.
