Sauna was amazing!

A Hotel with a lot of potential. Surprisingly large hotel, almost hidden within the tranquility of this historic town. It has a decent wellness/sauna/steam room/relaxation area, and a small but well kitted gym. Rooms of good size, and staff helpful, when they are available; and that’s the only real let-down that unfortunately affects the whole experience in hospitality. It is simply understaffed, room cleaning, bartending, even reception is staffed by a few, trying to do the work of many.

Mir hat das Hotel Areal sehr gut gefallen (Räumlichkeiten, Restaurant & Bar, Fitness, Spa-Bereich, ...) Ich finde den eigenen Parkplatz für 12€/Nacht überteuert, wenn direkt nebenan ein öffentlicher Parkplatz für 6€/Nacht ist.

Right in the centre of the old town, close to heaps of eating options. Great secure parking for bikes. Large room, nice and quiet.

It was by far the dirties hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not go there. Everything was dirty! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold and filth in the shower.

Excellent hotel, we played biliards, table fusball, had breakfast which was great, easy check in and check out! Staff is super friendly and helpful. i would visit definitely again!

Do you like staying in the very center, namely - on the main street? Look no further. Spacious and cozy rooms, I could see the Liberation Hall when lying in my bed. A perfect place.

Last minute booking. To my surprise, this was a well-equipped property. I would stay here again if I had business in this area again. Also the TV was huge and had many free movies on demand

Good as usual. The hotel staff is very accommodating, rooms are clean and maintained by housekeepers on daily basis (the small thing to note that the shower soup bottle was empty inside of the shower cabin, but we were using the other one beside the sink). I like the SPA (very clean), surroundings and high courtesy of staff working in this hotel. I am going to be back again. Thank you!

Thank you to the lady working on Sunday (Oct 27th) afternoon shift. She was very helpful and nice. The hotel itself is very clean and it has lovely SPA area. The only bad things we'd experienced was to have another guest entering our room before our check out. Day before, we had to wait until 3 pm to check in, so I really do not understand how it could have happened. Also, the Dormero logo for the car park is situated straight at the municipality car par (very misleading). We ended up with the €10 fee next day. Other than that we had a lovely stay, enjoy the SPA and the local area. We tool the boat along the Danube river in Kelheilm. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Have been there several times. Perfect location. Great english tv movie channels. Wish they had a tea/coffee pot in the room to make morning or evening tea. Parking is $11.33 a nite. Would be nice if it was included. Very nice facility and bathroom features.

Good location & clean, but very noisy outside hotel well after midnight.

The bed is extremely comfortable, the wifi is good and the bathroom is really nice. However, the room was so hot that it prevented me sleeping well. There is no air conditioning and even with the windows open there wasn't much of a breeze and the room didn't cool down. The floor also wasn't very clean either. But they do provide a free mini bar with drinks, which is a really nice touch.

Hot, hot, hot. Four star hotel in a Europe heat wave. No fans, no ac. No pool. I had west facing wall of glass. Room worse than oven.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice and clean room with free drinks in the mini bar. Shocking red color of the toilet other than that all very nice. Great location.

We had a few doubts but all were groundless a great place, very friendly and clean and very central - l wouuld return tomorrow! :-)
