This place is ok. There is only one elevator that works the other one has been down for a while based on comments here. Pool doesn’t look like no one cleans it like ever. This place needs help because there is not enough personal. I will never stay at this place.

Very nice hotel with wonderful amenities in the room. Good size refrigerator and microwave plus a kitchenette sink. Bed was comfortable. Room was very cozy with sitting area. Hot breakfast available to start our mornings. Staff was very good and attended all our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

First off, immediately into walking into the room, we realized there was something wrong with the ac. We called front desk, and instead of changing us rooms they sent maintenance to “fix” the ac while we’re getting settled into our room. Maintenance dump a buck of disgusting black water that they said was clogged in the ac unit down our kitchen sink in the room where we were going to wash our hands dishes. On top of the ac not working, the couch and chair in the room with disgusting covered in stains. We tell the front desk that we want a different room because the room keeps getting warmer and the ac isn’t turning on, and they said they’ll look for another room. Hours later at 11pm they tell us they can’t find a room and booked us a stay down the street at a different hotel. We had to walk down the street with luggage and a 6 month baby to the different hotel at MIDNIGHT. No help from the hotel to help load our luggage or anything. Finally , we get to the new room at the different hotel and it is tiny. Either a full or queen size bed, not couch or other furniture which is not what I paid for. Talk to the front

There was drag racing outside from 9am or so to about 1:30am. There was NO WAY TO SLEEP. I was told at the front desk the next day, that this goes on every Sunday night. Although this is not the hotel's fault, I cannot see how all hotels in that area cannot petition the city, to get the police to stop that. It was so flipping nerve wracking. A city that relies on tourism, should be ashamed that they cannot reel in such noise pollution, air pollution from the cars and disturbance of the peace. Loud music and yelling accompanied this ruckus. It felt intimidating and scary. Please encourage your hotel, along with others to demand this be stopped. You owe it to your customers.

Staff were amazing and made it a great stay. Only one elevator was working which meant extremely long waits to leave or return. This problem was not being addressed.

The hotel has 3 elevators with only one working for 14 floors. I had read it has been this way for some time but thought it would have been fixed by the time I visited. The noise level from a club or something was right in the room until around 2 a.m.

The hotel was not clean. The toilets were filled with black mold and the couch had some mysterious stains on them. Would not recommend.

My stay here was brief, just an overnight! The first inconvenient moment not having signs of where to park or an area for unloading that I could safely pull into so that I could get directions. The hotel is situated on a corner and the road near the only functional doors was a one way. They really need to request a loading area or have better signs for their valet. The parking garage across the street from Travis street park was awful and did not feel secure (this is not a hotel affiliated garage) this is where staff directed me so if anyone else is directed here I would take valuables out and make sure you have people with you and bring a mask the elevator in their stinks. The overnight staff didnt have a lot of knowledge about the fees for pets and I was told this would come out of the deposit I left. Which has yet to be returned and they are still trying to take $25 from my account. The entry doors were not operating and the side door through valet didn’t seem to open with my key card. Being that I was alone and brought a pet this was another inconvenience but also a safety issue. Two of the three elevators were broken and it was such a struggle for the one working elevator to move it seemed to take forever which does not work when you have a puppy to bring.
