They posted charges on my account for five days that weren’t on my room, when I call she saying that normal! However they will refund me at a later time! Just to be clear my room was 100% paid for when I arrived!

Hotel was clean, customer service was friendly.

Had been just on a couple of days vacation and was heading back to Oklahoma when we stayed here. It appeared to be a decent hotel. The room was OK, but we had problems with the toilet. It would not run or flush. The gentleman from the front desk came up, thought he had fixed it and after he left water flooded the bathroom floor. It was late and he gave us the option to change to a room. We just told him never mind that we would try to deal with it. The point was the very room that connected had a bathroom with the walk-in shower that I needed as I am handicapped, and it was never offered was very disappointing. The smell was bad and it just didn’t work out too well for us.

The closer we got to this place, the more we weren’t staying. With my background, I’m embarrassed I even booked this. We didn’t even bother to pull in the parking lot. We cut our losses and got out of there. The area is an unsafe.

This property felt safe and conveniently located to the tournament's location.

Hotel was clean, but so nosy it was difficult to get any sleep

The lady checking us in was amazing. She took care of all our needs. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property

Looks nice on a superficial level, but there were loose hairs all over the place in the room, in the bedsheets, all over the bathroom, on the chairs. I don't like paying for a space covered in other people's DNA. Gross and glad I brought my own blankets and pillow. Definitely bring footwear too. Also the ventilation was horrific and I woke up both mornings with congestion and breathing issues that went away within an hour of leaving the room.

The front desk staff that was there when I arrived was so delightful. She was friendly and informative. There were fresh cookies and she offered us bottled water. The room was clean and overall I felt safe and comfortable.

The rooms were very nice and the lobby area was too. Front desk people were helpful and pleasant. However I was there 4 nights and only had maid service once. I had to go find a maid and ask for it. Also in the breakfast area, the serving trays for the eggs, sausage and potatoes appeared to be heated (plugged into outlet) but every day they were cold.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Room was clean, staff was very attentive, and breakfast was hot and delicious

The shower was only luke warm the entire stay-was told that’s the way it is. The can lights fell out of the ceiling on two occasions. The Thermostat basically only operates the fan on the heat and ac. The room was a nice room with a lot of space and the staff was nice. Breakfast seemed a little understaffed and lacked keeping up with. The remodeling in kitchen was a little annoying on Sat morning when we would have appreciated some sleep. It was a decent place I don’t know I would stay again though. Hot water and quiet is a big deal for me.

I was very satisfied with the room. It was very clean. The beds and linens were all in excellent condition and very comfortable. And, the breakfast area was well kept, and a nice variety. I would definitely recommend staying in this property.

As regular Hampton Inn customers this one was below standard. Waited 10mins for someone to come to the front desk to check in after 12 hours of driving. I had requested top floor but we were assigned 2nd floor of four floors. The older property shows...new fixtures in the bathroom but old cracked tile and not very clean. Not worth $120 per night. Breakfast was terrible with rubbery premade cheese omelets and no other protein on the buffet. Will cross this Hampton off my list for future.
