No hot water, bathroom at different levels, easy to fall

The Hotel's location is not too conducive to where my event is (Impact Arena). It looks like it is situated in a residential area. when you go out of the hotel grounds, there are no commercial places to go to (not even a 7 eleven). Breakfast buffet is so-so, and personal care items are insufficient in the bathroom. I guess that's what I get for the price I pay. Cleanliness is ok and personnel are kind and personable.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced

Scary atmosphere There is a musty smell in the room.

Very comfortable hotel, good food, nice hotel but front desk staff was not as good as it should be. Overall very impressed But there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. Irons are not available. But there is laundry service.

Staff very good service Fruit is placed during the day.

Condition is very old and noisy tour groups side by making a poor outlying stores. The car was traveling public And no amenities not available yet.

Located deep It offers transfers from the airport. Because of the rush hour Taxis to wait very long
