The room needed a bit of a better cleaning - dust and fingerprints on the microwave, dust at corners - at least the bathroom was reasonably clean. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was... fine.

My husband and I were in Columbus for 2 nights, and we definitely picked a great hotel. It was located only 5 minutes from downtown Columbus, near tons of shops and restaurants, and was in a clean area of the city. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Free toiletries were provided when I said I forgot to pack mine. Breakfast is included. Free parking. Our room was so spacious! The toilet was in a separate room from the shower, it had a desk area that was closed off by a glass wall, and it had a large closet. Definitely 10/10 would stay here again.

Staff were friendly. Rooms appeared clean, but smelt like mildew, currents had visible black mold sheets and bed was very damp. Bug of some sort inside pull out sofa bed. Im highly allergic to mold etc woke with face and throat swollen almost shut my daughter as well.

We had an amazing stay! The room was nice and clean, and the staff was great. Answered any questions we had, and one gentleman spent time telling us where to get food and have a good time. The only complaints I have is that the pool had some stuff floating in it, and you have to pay for parking.

Kinda disappointed the pool was closed while we were there. Liked the bar in the hotel for a quick drink. Breakfast was good, coffee was hot.

I chose this hotel due to the proximity of Wexner Med Ctr - i had outpatient surgery there. I live 75 miles away, so i reserved a room the night before surgery and the night after procedure. Plus it has shuttle service, if needed.

The management and front end workers were very kind and welcoming. What we didn't like was the bathroom in the room. There was very little privacy with the sliding, pocket door. Also, kids were running up and down the hallway in the evening playing ding dong ditch.

Have stayed in this hotel previously which is why I chose for this visit. Would have been nice to know the pool was under construction before I booked. My family was looking forward to relaxing in the pool.

Spring Hill suites was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff! We ended up asking for a different room after first arriving because our neighbors were very loud and they changed the room for us with no problem. The room was so spacious! We have a special needs son in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for the chair and also to get him up to walk around. I liked the extra living room area and desk…we spread out all of our sons meds on the desk. The beds were comfy and I liked that they had an extra set of sheets and an extra blanket in the room - that was so convenient for when our son had wet through in the middle of the night! One of the best things was that they had ice cream available for our son’s bed time snack! (He can’t chew so this was huge) We ate our ice cream down in the beautiful bar area and we appreciated this extra convenience, of ice cream, more than I can express! The staff was very friendly and our stay was wonderful! Thank you for providing a beautiful and comfortable stay for us while we were in town to go to COSI.
