Wonderful staff

The staff were wonderful, especially Gil. The location was close to the city and really beautiful.

Dinner was poor, Smelly fish, soggy pasta, The room had an odour, Reception staff were great, Modern bar.

Excellent hotel, first impression very good the reception team, due to our Platanium membership upgraded the room. They also helped in staying an extra night and keeping same room and arranging a wine tasting and lunch at the hotels winery 10 minutes away. Bar and restaurant serve great food and drinks and you can look over the Duoro river from both, and also eat and drink on the terrace. Rooms comfy and spacious - fabulous hotel to explore the Duoro - Pinhao is just 25 mins drive away. We had a great time here

Fabulous hotel, staff in a beautiful area.

As two guys visiting sharing a room we had requested a twin room but when arrived we were booked into a king size double. This was unacceptable and we were given a room with bed sofa and double bed instead. Also glass door on the toilet was not acceptable. Careful request is required if a twin room is booked. They consider this to be a king size double.

We loved this hotel, close to all the amazing vineyards, including its own which you must suit. Just in the other side of the bridge to the city which has many amazing restaurants.

Room location was not good. We were definitely given the worst possible room location.

The property on first glance had a cool contemporary vibe. But the food was very limited, the room accommodations were poorly was set up. They did not have any amenities and breakfast was just average.

Perfect location for the area to visit nice restaurants. Nice view from the room. Staff very helpful. Will stay again.
