Central location, very quiet, very good beds, good breakfast

The hotel was in a good location with a spacious room and decent breakfast. The staff was friendly. They provided coffee, cake , fruits as complementry throughout the day which was nice.

Great location. Had gluten free bread for breakfast. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Nice helpful staff. We would choose this hotel again

Comfortable and clean. It is possible to change temperature of rhe radiator. Hot water in the shower and tea jot water boiling possible in the room.

Friendly staff and great location

We had stayed at the comfort express previously in Tromso but the room was pretty small so we decided to try a more expensive hotel. Enter Amelia was not a lot more expensive but it was smaller and older than the Comfort Express. They offered parking but then I found out it was $35 night and at another property which should be in the details before you book. Loved the breakfast cake and coffee in the afternoon and the waffles at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We booked late having had to alter our flights. Unfortunately we were too late to eat anywhere in the area but the lovely receptionist offered us cookies and coffee. Our luggage didn’t arrive with us but again the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful this morning whilst we anxiously waited our luggage. She called us to let us know when it arrived - saving us a lot of money buying extra clothes!!

great location and friendly staff

Excellent location in centre of Town by harbour.Zoltan the receptionist was incredibly helpful by suggesting restaurants,things to do and even booked a restaurant for New Year's Eve as everything was closed. One of the other female receptionist was pleasant but not so helpful .

Very convenient location in the centre of Tromsø. Bus stop for going to the airport opposite the hotel is also very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet to help you start the day with full energy. Bedroom is on the smaller side, but the beds are good enough, the bathroom with shower and toilet is fine, and a water cooker with tea bags and instant coffee is also provided.

Expecting better with the room rate of a 5 star hotel!

Excellent value for money

Very centrally located, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Bed was too soft, not comfortable; daily cleaning of room and bathroom was lacking

The saff where super friendly and helpful,as well as the breakfast was amazing and delicious

The staff were extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. The housekeeping staff were friendly and hard working. The hotel is located in a great location in the centre of Tromsø with plenty of dining options within a short walking distance. The food was great, with lots of breakfast options and free Norwegian waffles, jams, and brunost in the evening.

It was in a very convenient location
