Very good hotel, very well located

Excellent hotel.

Great hotel in Santiago! The rooftop bar has incredible views of the city and Andes, and the location in Vitacura is perfect with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just wish our room had been on a higher floor with a view—it would have made the stay even better. Overall, highly recommend!

I have stayed at Noi many times.The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean and in good order. Every single staff member goes out of their way to help you if you need anything. Highly recommend this hotel in Santiago.

I enjoyed the SPA the staff was incredibly friendly, but the tile for the floor is very slippery. The breakfast was also spectacular. The only downside was the limited option to check out later in the day and I was told by my UN Colleagues that the ID was sufficient to obtain the UN rate and that was not true according to the front desk. This is definately a place I will return.

Big room but poorly designed

O ar condicionado do meu quarto não conseguia gelar o quarto todo, o hotel forneceu um ventilador. Centro do quarto estava mais quente do que o lado de fora. As tomadas são bem antigas e em mal estado. O piso do quarto estava danificado com uma infiltração. Meu banheiro estava cheio de formiga.

Spacious rooms in a top location. The roof terrace has a privileged view of Santiago. Walking distance to the best restaurants. We will definitely go back.

Hotel bien situado con personal muy cortés. La habitación de mi hijo el aire acondicionado tenía problemas y no obstante ser reportado al personal, no fue resuelto. El último día se le ofreció ser cambiado de habitación pero no teníamos tiempo y se optó por no usar la climatización y en cambio abrir las ventanas. Nada agradable por los ruidos de la calle.

AC was not working on our room

The first room they gave us had the AC broken, they try to fix it before moving us to another room.

Rooms dated, staff and service not what expected for price and location. Underserved.

This hotel is ok. Jr suite room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. But don’t be fooled this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised. It’s not even a 4 star hotel. This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. Service was average Hotel quality was average Breakfast was average. Location is average Hotel amenities are less than average Ya it’s not a bad place to stay. It’s just no 5 star hotel.

The location is wonderful. The hotel needs maintenance with the shower, curtains, AC and the bed was not a King size as described.

Great staff and nice rooms. Could do with a little refresh but all in all, good. Nice area - felt safe and walkable.
