Large hotel with good facilities. Comfortable, with welcoming, friendly staff. Good breakfast, with excellent omelette

The bedroom exceeded expectations. Very comfy and quiet. Visited the science museum nearby, which was the reason for staying at Burr. The hotel was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately too tired to try the pool.

We had a lovely stay - staff were friendly, room was gorgeous with a super comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower. Also loved the Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom. Food from the bar was delicious and incredibly good value for money - just be mindful the 'formal restaurant' is only open on some evenings. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding - best I've ever had in a hotel I think. Swimming pool, steam room and sauna were lovely to use in the morning before leaving.

The room was fantastic but the heat in room was unbearable no heating on windows opened out fully very hard to get to sleep with the heat in room no wifi on arrival was told i had not paid my full bill which i had prove i had paid in full no apology given first time here dont think i will be back

This place was beyond our expectations, the reception desk was so friendly and accommodating. The restaurants had excellent food and service. The hotel rooms were gorgeous. The bed was so comfortable. The rooms dont have air conditioning but they were still comfortable. The gardens on the property are beautoful!

Beautifully appointed hotel, lovely gardens and spacious public areas. Very good restaurants serving mostly local ingredients and with excellent service. Highly recommend this location.

Os funcionarios da recepção foram maravilhosos, mas a manager do restaurante foi muito rude quando pedimos uma mesa mais aconchegante. Não voltaria lá. Mas definivamente recomendo o hotel, foi tudo perfeito, todos os funcionarios foram muito atenciosos e educados

Staff was exceptional really welcomed us and made it enjoyable. I asked for a glass of ice they brought me a bucket of ice and that’s the kind of service we received from everyone we met there. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, Mary in reception made us very welcome. Room was spacious, clean and serviced each day, comfortable bed. Excellent choice of breakfast and staff were very helpful. Bar food was good too. Enjoyed a swim at the Spa. Overall it was a lovely stay and would happily stay there again and recommend to others.

This was a fantastic property to stay and well-priced for what it offers! The lady who works in the dining room for breakfast was so lovely and kind. The staff overall was very friendly. The room was comfortable and big. I will stay here again!
