Receptionist not friendly

The hotel is located in the center of District 1, very convenient to sightseeing and dining. The room is spacious and airy, the facilities are not new but still clean and usable. Breakfast is varied.

The hotel's location is ok, however when there is a sour cream, the guests are not informed, the morning breakfast on the pond is painful, the ice cream is dispensed, the staff is ok.

I sat at home and chose 100 kS and later chose this one. I like it. The price is reasonable. There's nothing to complain about. Compared to District 1 hotels, this one is cleaner.

Old style hotel clean and easy to reach. Friendly price and closed to interesting palace.

Staff are very friendly. Varied breakfast food (ksan 3* staff is too good). But the cleaning staff used a towel to wipe the bathroom floor (I saw it with my own eyes). The swimming pool on the 6th floor mainly serves children who come to practice swimming. If guests come to take a bath, leave them alone. No support from on-duty staff. I'm pregnant but waiting on the shore for the baby to bathe, I have to sit on the ground (ksan has benches at the pool, there are single chairs but they are occupied by people taking their children to swim practice).
