The worst hotel in the world has a service and breakfast that has never been changed, it feels good it feels like throwing up !!!! Service. At worst there is no smile, no one helps lift the items

The most friendly and helpful staff ever, so lovely and great first impression of Sanouva Saigon Hotel. We were in a group of 4 girls and stayed in 2 units of Sanouva Deluxe Double Room on 24/9 - 26/9. 1. Excellent customer services. We were impressed by all the staff within the hotel. They greeted us with smile and make sure we had a great stay in the hotel. Special to mention their receptionist, Trân is very friendly and polite. She is very helpful to provide us lots of travel information. Staff named Hieu take initiative in helping us to carry our luggage to roadside and accompany us while waiting for our Uber. He is so caring to remind us to be careful and take care of our belongings in airport. Great staff that know the true value of customer service. Thumbs up for all the staff in Sanuova Saigon Hotel. Hope that the management values them as much as we did. 2. Great location. Sanouva Saigon Hotel is located right in the center of the city. It's only 3 mins walk to the famous Ben Thanh Street Food Market, 5 mins walk to Ben Thanh Market and Pho 2000. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance too. Circle K convenience shop is just next to the hotel. 3. Continental breakfast buffet was excellent, we liked the breakfast very much, include some Vietnamese food for example "Pho". All these food was so delicious. Though we'd enjoy our breakfast during our stayed in this little hotel. 4. 3-star prices, but 5-star comfort amenities. The room itself was well equipped in modern style, very clean and spacious too. Extra comfortable king size bedding and comfy pillows, thus every night we had a very good sleep during our stayed in this hotel. Water pressure in the bathroom was very strong, we love it so much. Although short and sweet this time, we hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. A great place to stay while on your visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. My own feeling about this hotel is a pleasant hotel cheek. Center . Affordable. Breakfast very bad. The gym is not very clean and neat sector

Quite clean, very comfortable center line. Normal serving both the hotel only has 5 guest robes. Protect kind. Breakfast is pretty basic and not tasty. Beautiful room but no socket design bedside. Bathroom small but very logical layout. Housekeeping every day but moved very sketchy, not a professional. The reception is very professional and nice. Gym Gym slightly older but less investment but with air conditioning. Walkways in the hotel are air conditioned and enjoys this point because there is an unpleasant smell at corridors. There is a lift but it was not so slow. The hotel's lobby is very small but very nice layout.

Nice hotel, will be coming back again next trip
