I had a great experience with this hotel. I made a special request for a non-ground floor room, and immediately got an email confirming they would put me on the second floor. When I checked in they confirmed they were putting me on the second floor due to my request. Check in was super fast, the receptionist was friendly and answered all my questions. The room was reasonably spacious, with a small desk, hangers, sofa, and comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was nice and clean and contained soap, body wash and shampoo, and a cup for the sink. Bedside lighting was comfortably dim, unlike many other places. Used the ironing room to iron my shirt in the morning, which was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, hashed browns, break for toasting, baked beans, cereals, milk and yogurt, juices, coffe/tea/hot chocolate, and some mini pastries. Decor throughout was nice, with themes of diamonds and blue. Perhaps not the most modern, but a very nice experience, especially considering the price. Only complaints are lack of plugs near the bed, and that the fence around the hotel means walking from nearby bus stops is a little awkward.

Everything satisfactory, needed an overnight stay and it fitted our needs. Complimentary breakfast was fine. Room had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. Only complaint is the charge for parking when the hotel website stated it was free.

- good location - excellent staff, v supportive - old hotel overall so the wall paint was chipped, curtains were stained, funny lingering smell particularly in bathroom - overall suited our purpose of staying for one night, n breakfast was good! got our money's worth

Perfect location for heading to City Centre and to the Co-op Live Arena. Clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning topped off my stay. Would highly recommend

Amazing value for money, great breakfast, clean enough and comfortable nights stay. Only slight issues were with noise from other rooms/corridor, and decor is slightly dated, but can’t grumble for the price you pay. Overall great place to stay.

Good location with basic facilities and on site parking. In need of some updating and air conditioning or fan in relatively small rooms desperately needed in warmer weather.

Staff friendly & helpful, they went the extra mile in sorting out car park, vending machine, making a stay much more enjoyable. No Aircon throughout hotel a tad uncomfortable on the hottest day. No where to eat with in walking distance of the hotel .

Everything was good, clean comfortable room and good breakfast included. Wasnt keen on the scrambled egg 😕 and wouldve preferred fried eggs as an option . You can catch the bus over the road for £2 to ethihad /coop live arena.

Nice place to stay for holidays

Such good value and the staff on reception were exceptional. For the price which included a really nice breakfast, it would take some beating for a budget hotel.

Good size room. Swift check in and free parking as we booked before April. Room was quite noisy as on the road side and very light throughout, so not the best for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was ok, could have done with being warmer, no staff on hand to request anything. 25 mins from Jet Park 3. Good for the price we paid

Just stayed for a night, but it was a comfotable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Thankyou

All the staff were friendly and helpful . The room was well maintained and clean. The bar/ breakfast and reception area’s were c comfortable . The only area of improvement would be that on an evening there should be more staff behind the bar and reception. When we returned to the hote there was only one member of staff behind the bar/ reception and it was busy and some tables needed clearing and queue’s formed.

Matress collapsed and shower did not work

The room we stayed in smelt off drugs , the pressure off the shower head was poor and the breakfast was not nice at all

Good hotel, nice n clean. Staff helpful and huge choice for breakfast. Bus stop outside hotel so was easy enough to get into city.

The place was great. Staff friendly & helpful. Room was good just a bit tired looking but for what we paid we could not grumble. Food this morning was very good. I wood recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an over night stay after a concert.

Okay for a one night stay, wouldn't want to stay longer. Staff very helpful arranging taxi to Co op live. Room was next to main road which was very noisy. Also room needs some attention e.g toilet flush not working properly and water took ages to drain from sink.
