Nice place & good food. The restaurant closed 9pm, could be open to 9:30 so you could get dessert but they denied us at 9pm. We were 4 people and had the suite. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay for one or two nights!

It's a cool place to chill with family and especially if you have little kids. The menus are ok but a bit more clarification for none so good German speaking guests and also meals preparation and perhaps more service personnel. Overall a very good quality 4 stars ✨

The hotel was really nice and the town was very cute overall. Me and my family ate at their restaurant and it was good aswell, it was what you would expect from a small German village.

You will get the Lüneburger-Heide-feeling in a nut-shell here. Not only accommodation and staff, professional and lay-backed, but furthermore it is just a 10 minutes ride to the heart of the Heide. Bikes are provided as a courtesy by the hotel. After cycling you may enjoy draft beer and local speciality - Heidschnucken-ragout, go on and google it.

Very lovely place, great food (rustic German food), very good service. Food was a bit in the greasy side, but it was yummy all the same.
