Room was hot. No a/c. Food was good.

This is a good hotel for families visiting or solo travelling. All the amenities are close by and they have pub food in the hotel. The breakfast has good selection of foods.

Fantastic for ctoss country skiing. Traclks start straiaght from the doorstep and are very welll maintained. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Pitty the restaurant wasn't open in rhe evening. I wasn't keen on O'lery's. Had fish and chips there first evening. They were lukewarm and literally just fish and chips - no peas. Ended up having a good breakfast and then buying sallads from the local supermarkert (about 20 min walk away) or the little shop in the hotel. There was a microwave in the corridor so that was another option. It was just a 10 minute bus ride from airport to hotel.

I have seen a couple of hotels in the area, and I can tell the comfort level of this hotel was good. The rooms in the main building are not the most modern, but I really liked the comfort level. The room was warm enough, we liked the bedsheet and the pillow. It felt fresh and new. We had a good sleep. The only downside that there was no fridge in the room. The lady at the reception was super nice. We departed early and got breakfast package, which I appreciated a lot. The content was really good. Thanks for the hospitality.

A bit worn downhotel and spa with mediocre breakfast. Long distance from Ruka. Villas by the lake nicer option nicer option than the hotel itself.

Melko tyly vastaanottovirkailija. Perus aamiainen, meluisa kylpylä. Ei millään tavalla luxus hotelli mutta oikein hintansa väärti kuudelle.

Great stay at the apartment, very modern and clean! Loved the sauna, fireplace and outside porch with grill.

Very nice spa hotel,close to Kuusamo airport and all the attractions on the area.Good breakfast with plenty to choose from.Did not try their lunch.Spa area good with enough space to relax.

there is electric kettle in the room, but no coffee, tea bags... nothing

We had a very pleasant stay and everything was more than we expected. Staff was really friendly and helpful and our room was really spacious and clean. Delicious and generous breakfast, nice spa. Location is good and the area around the hotel is beautiful. We will definitely come back.

I stayed here for 2 nights and the price was right for convenience. the room is comfortble and the SPA was great to have included but I wouldn't necessarily pay extra to access the facilities if you just wanted to swim. The only down side was the blurb about having 24hr access to airport shuttle. This proved to be misleading, especially if you were waiting for a flight that wasn't run by Finnaire. Overall I would recommend staying - beds are comfortable and breakfast is good.

Great facilities for children but the additional charges for use of the pool and angry birds play are extortionate. 38 Euros for one adult and one child to use the pool for a single visit and a family ticket for a single use of the angry birds play was almost 50 euros, they charge for adults too and you can't take drinks in so can't sit and watch the kids with a coffee!! Such a shame as everything else about the place is terrific

Had a nice relaxing stay, enjoyed the swimming pool & sauna

The hotel doesn't seem to be as new as it appears on pictures. We were particularly disappointed by the Spa area. The indoor pool is mostly for kids and not for swimming. The sauna area is ok. There is one mixed steamer, the other saunas are separated.

Hotelli on hieman kulahtanut ja korjauksen tarpeessa. Aamupalalla kävellessäni käytävällä oli sanko, johon katosta vuotava vesi oli ohjattu. Huoneessa myös WC:n hana sylki vedet päälle kun joku oli ruuvannut hanan päästä kärjen mukaansa.

Kylpylä ei ole kovin ihmeellinen, kuljetukset sekä mäkeen että kentälle harvassa. Viimeinen bussi kuljetus mäkeen, ennen kolmen tunnin taukoa, lähti juuri hetkeä ennen hotellin uloskirjautumisaikaa. Myös kenttä kuljetukset tulee varata ennakkoon. Tämä on mielestäni selkeä puute. Itse hotellihuone oli siisti ja mukava, kuitenkin yli hinnoiteltu palvelutarjontaan nähden

Superior hotellihuoneessa muuten kaikki kunnossa, mutta jäimme kaipaamaan minibaaria. Huoneesta löytyi myös vedenkeitin mutta esimerkiksi teetä tai kaakaota ei ole saatavilla kuten monessa muussa hotellissa. Hotellin lähettyvillä oleva rantasauna oli myös auki vain ke & su, joten viikonloppureissulla se jäi kokematta.

Standard huoneet katutasossa, kun vie koiran ulos on heti ulko-ovella ritilä lattia. Ei oikeen koirat siihen pysty/eikä halua astua. Voi satuttaa tassuja. Joku muovimatto siihen vois olla toimiva. Oma koira onneksi hyppäsi ovelta suoraan sen yli. Kaikki meni mukavasti kuitenkin, kiitos
