This hotel cannot consolidate hotel bill/statements with room charges making corporate expense reports impossible. Poor accounting.

Very nice and quiet place! Stuff are very helpful and professional. Clean room, I really enjoyed! Highly recommend!!

We liked the shuttle from the airport. The driver was helpful, we didn’t even have to struggle with all our luggage. The staff were very helpful when we had a problem with the safe in the bedroom. We were able to enjoy a drink in the bar in pleasant tranquil surroundings. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Easy access from airport, clean and good breakfast!

Everything was really good, i would like to say thank you for both guys that checked me in at the hotel (unfortunately i couldn’t get their both names) they’re very friendly and welcoming! The snacks and drinks available in the room is very convenient please keep that! Breakfast and lunch was awesome, delicious also very good and clean environment! I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

I had a blast in Brazil and the Bristol Hotel was a part of the great time! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious too. We had fresh linen every time we came back to the room. The pool area is a nice retreat spot too. I just had a fantastic time there.

Dirty. Dirty bathroom, there was hairs in the sink and on the walls. Internet was non existent. I inquired for a high floor before check in, they put me on the 7th. No Wi-Fi in the room, which booking an international hotel this was very important to me. I inquired about this and a room change. They said they would fix the WiFi. They never did. I had to be downstairs to use any at all. The staff was nice, the breakfast was excellent and the airport shuttle was awesome. But I would not stay here again.

Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return!
