The Bedding only ad a sheet, no blanket so i was cold and did not sleep well

Great to stay

Unfortunately the porters didn't greet us nor offer to help with our bags athe the entrance Other than that the place is beautiful in the foyer and piano bar We didn't use the sauna or pool but the breakfast was fine and well replenished Rooms are very spacious and have a hairdryer A little basic with decoration but again more than adequate 2nd visit here and lwill return in future

Everything was smooth as possible. They keep all facilities clean and organized.

Good airport hotel with a good sized room that was recently renovated. Breakfast was adequate but too crowded. The hotel offers transfer to and back to airport but in an old dirty mini bus which smell of diesel fumes and broke down on the way to the airport.

Nice hotel it just needs a little work to look nicer. Also the WiFi needs to be fixed.

Great location

The hotel is very comfortable with very good breakfast and very nice and helpful staff. The internet was not too good, it had frequent cuts, which took long minutes to become normal again .

Reception desk and surrounding staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. This hotel will likely be my top choice when going back to the area.

This hotel cannot consolidate hotel bill/statements with room charges making corporate expense reports impossible. Poor accounting.

We liked the shuttle from the airport. The driver was helpful, we didn’t even have to struggle with all our luggage. The staff were very helpful when we had a problem with the safe in the bedroom. We were able to enjoy a drink in the bar in pleasant tranquil surroundings. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Easy access from airport, clean and good breakfast!

Everything was really good, i would like to say thank you for both guys that checked me in at the hotel (unfortunately i couldn’t get their both names) they’re very friendly and welcoming! The snacks and drinks available in the room is very convenient please keep that! Breakfast and lunch was awesome, delicious also very good and clean environment! I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

I had a blast in Brazil and the Bristol Hotel was a part of the great time! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious too. We had fresh linen every time we came back to the room. The pool area is a nice retreat spot too. I just had a fantastic time there.

Dirty. Dirty bathroom, there was hairs in the sink and on the walls. Internet was non existent. I inquired for a high floor before check in, they put me on the 7th. No Wi-Fi in the room, which booking an international hotel this was very important to me. I inquired about this and a room change. They said they would fix the WiFi. They never did. I had to be downstairs to use any at all. The staff was nice, the breakfast was excellent and the airport shuttle was awesome. But I would not stay here again.
