Good hotel, good breakfast!!!

Floor had insects, bathroom had insects, spiders on the wall, period blood in the sheets. Not very quality.

At breakfast I found a cockroach on the bread’s tray. Dust in the room and bathroom. Terrible experience

The hotel looks nice from pictures unfortunately I was very disappointed when got to the hotel. The only great thing about the hotel was the stuff that work on the restaurant. The rooms was not clean, always missing toilet paper, towels or the very peculiar fact that one time when they changed the sheets it was duty. I wish I could rite better review, but my experience was not the good.

Não se hospede na suite, colchão horrivel, impossível acordar sem dor.. Os funcionários são treinados pra serem MAL EDUCADOS…. Tanto na recepção quanto na reserva. Apenas as senhoras da limpeza são simpáticas ! Ao lado do hotel existe uma construção de outro prédio, MUITO barulho durante o dia. Pra tomar banho é necessário buscar os pingos de água e pra se secar, é bom levar uma toalha de casa, pois as toalhas do hotel mais parecem um pano de chão, finas, manchadas, horrível. Muito triste pois a localização do hotel é muito boa, ja fiquei varias vezes no hotel por esse motivo…. Mas os pontos negativos ultrapassam os positivos.

Ao lado do hotel estao construindo um predio…. Barulho o dia inteiro !! Toalhas horriveis, parece pano de chão…. O colchão horrivel…. Paga-se $250 em uma diaria de suíte com um colchão que seria melhor dormir no chão…. PÉSSIMO COLCHÃO

Sheets were dirty, pillowcases dirty, pillows smelled awful, bathroom smelled like old clorox and mold, furniture was dated and broken & the icing on the cake- live roaches. Worst hotel I have ever been to and I travel 8-10 times a year every year. I did not stay more than 15 mins and checked in to another hotel down the block. There was no chance of me staying there and I am a simple person.

Rooms are poor quality and poorly maintained

Read the room descriptions with "great" care because some of the rooms are so small you can't have 2 suitcases and God forbid 3. If you weigh 180-200 pounds forget fitting into some of the bathrooms. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast good. Gym good compared to what you find at other hotels in Bahia. We have stayed at Fiesta, Mais, Adagio so we know. Beach is open ocean with heavy surf but is a 10 min. Walk. Not much of quality in short walking distance.

The hotel itself is clean and safe. The staff were helpful. Our room was bland but had a nice shower. The issue is that you are a $50US cab from central Salvador.

Quarto fresco mas quanto pequeno

Muito ruim, muito barulho, pedi pra me trocar de quarto devido ao barulho e me colocaram em outro apto do lado da escada também muito barulhento. Uma decepccao, dinheiro jogado fora. Nao recomendo!

Ramal sem funcionar, banheiro muito apertado,vaso do lixo do banheiro com tampa quebrada

Excelentes funcionários, café ok, limpeza muito boa e hotel perto da praia (dá para ir andando).
