Love everything

staff was awesome!

We had great street parking. The desk staff were efficient, processed booking and gave me keys. Room was hideously small with very good bed. Coffee maker was misding a vital piece, so no coffee on the morning Loose shower drain needs fixing to the tiles, replace the shower curtain with a glass door

The room was very small and other guest were loud. Suspicious men roaming around outside. I didn't feel safe.

Trip went well. Easily checked in, room was clean, no issues at all.

The area is clean and staff is friendly but the room is too small..

Tight room, bed super high up. Other than that pretty convenient hotel.

Had to move rooms after the first night because some unattended kids were up yelling until 3am

Just a hole in the wall, super small room. The double bed was thee worst. Entered the room & there was a 1/2 drunk cup of coffee on the desk. Took a shower & there was an opened pack of soap in there. Down the hall a man was screaming all night, never heard anyone go check on him/ tell him to stop. The room was barely big enough for 2 grown people. Breakfast was a lunch bag filled w/an apple, muffin, OJ, danish & yogurt. Def a 1 & done experience for me & my fiancé. I wouldn’t recommend this place in good conscious. It gave halfway house smh.

The room is small like a broom closet and the price was outrageous, the bathroom ceiling fan doesn't work worst experience ever

Friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel room itself is small, but at least it's been remodeled, and the bathroom was good. Also appreciated having a small refrigerator.

Hotel staff were very kind and efficient. Front desk helped me and was super nice. However, the room itself had fruit flies and a big spider (who was friendly but yknow…a spider) and jus kinda looked and felt run down. The room was also small as sin. For $252 i def didn’t expect it to be that small and not as clean.

The mattress was hard on my back, very uncomfortable. All elae ok...

I booked a Queen Accessible Room for two nights via Hotels.com. We are an elderly couple with mobility issues, and have stayed in your hotel before. We were put in room 410. The bed isn't a Queen bed, the room is barely 9 foot by 6 feet. The bathroom is almost as big as the bed room. The idea that this room is 'Accessible' is ridiculous. There is no room either side of the bed to get into it, you have to climb over the end of the bed across a metal frame. To cap it all, in the morning there was no hot water for the shower. We left after one night.

Small room but clean. I arrived early and the clerk was friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

What I did not like about the hotel is that I lost my Stanley cup in there I left it in there and didn’t realize until I was on the way home so I contacted them they said they didn’t have it and I know for a fact it was there.
