Good location. The hotel common areas and the dining room i appreciate must be hard to heat but it was cold especially in the dining room at breakfast. Our room was fine and the bed was comfortable

Nicely presented property. Staff were friendly & provided details at check-in. Room was spacious& clean. Large comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making facilities. Hotel had restaurant. There were also common areas to sit , relax & enjoy the outlook. A nice spot to stay in St Helen’s. Walkable to the Main Street.

The room was quiet, spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable. The mop provided for the shower was worn out but was replaced the next day following our telling the receptionist. The only thing we found inconvenient was that we had to place the kettle on the floor to make coffee. The fire in the restaurant was pleasant and our meal very good.

We received a lovely welcome and departure from very helpful reception team members. I had contacted reception prior to our stay to request a ground level room without any stairs as my husband had hurt one of his knees. This was attended to without a problem. Our KB room was large and comfortable. The only negatives were that we were able to hear noise from the adjacent rooms and the shower cubicle was a little bit smaller than we are used to. The positive aspects of this hotel is the free onsite parking. There is also a large restaurant and additional lounge areas for guests to enjoy.

The shower was extremely small. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Staff were were welcoming and friendly.

Lovely night with a water views from room 10. Awesome bed and very comfy. Bathroom very outdated and the shower was a corner unit , very squishy.

Had a very enjoyable one night stay. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious very well appointed and clean. Sorry we could only stay the one night and definitely will stay again the next time I'm in St Helens.
