It was very clean, rooms were spacious, breakfast was wonderful, staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Clean room, comfortable bed, smart tvs, nespresso machine in room. Had mini green emergency light in room which was an irritant. Aside from that, great stay. 20 min walk to groceries. Very lovely building

Nice room. It was a little hot and window opened about 2 inches. Stayed hot the whole time.

The hotel was pretty, and the location was convenient if you have transportation. It’s a little ways from town center and from the national park. The hotel is clean and pretty, but very little outdoor space besides parking and a small patio. Many of the rooms have been renovated, but it sounds like some are not. Our had a heated towel rack, which was a nice touch. The Nespresso machine in the room was also much appreciated. There were no washcloths and we had to request a third towel for the third person in our room, but the desk staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was nice….full English breakfast. We would stay here again, if we return to Killarney.

We had a good time. The staff were very helpful, and everything was clean. We did end up switching rooms because our cell phones would not connect to the wifi in our first room. Maybe a dead zone on the router?

Please let guests know to call the front desk if the room was too hot, I wish I had been told this, it was like a sauna in our room. Other than that wonderful stay.

Our 3-night stay at Killarney Heights Hotel was quite excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We enjoyed drinks at the bar to live music, or just relaxed by the fire. It was obviously a great choice of stay for our time there, and I would certainly look forward to staying again. Thank you. Very nice staff, a beautiful hotel off the beaten path of downtown Killarney.

Located just outside town center with ample free parking and right next to a gas station, Supermacs, and SuperValu. Staff was very friendly and check in was very quick with pre-check in made easy. The restaurant also had great staff and wonderful bartended, plus the food was great. I recommend you try their curry! So many beautiful sights nearby. I would absolutely stay again!

Decent breakfast buffet with full Irish breakfast menu and continental items as well as smoothies, yogurt, and fresh fruits. 13.50 Euro for adults and 8 Euro for kids if letting the reception know by certain time. Excellent staff and services.

We enjoyed our stay at Killarney heights hotel! We had an incredible dinner after a long day. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only downside for us would be that there was no AC, we visited during a March heatwave in Ireland. The staff did provide a fan to help! There is also a nice big window you can open and it was a quiet side of town so no loud noise at night. We would love to visit again soon!

Clean, easy check in and out. Near to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. Would suggest they don’t play music at 7 am or alert their guests so ear plugs are at the ready. Free parking, friendly staff.

This hotel was exactly what you expected. Clean rooms friendly staff, beautiful entryway, had a fitness and pool section. Don't forget to bring your swim cap. Because they are mandatory if you want to go into the pool.
