Very nice I will came back

Es un hotel muy limpio, y todos se portaron muy amables y serviciales. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con un centro comercial justo enseguida y varias opciones para salir a comer entre 5 y 10 minutos caminando. Tienen desayuno incluido, aunque las opciones son algo limitadas, pero puedes comer algo ligero antes de salir. En general es una muy buena opción.

The entire experience was great. The only issue was that there was no telephone to reach the hotel’s desk in the room. Other than that everything was great.

It-s worse than staying at a hospital

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean motel and good vicinity. Simple breakfast but adequate. English speaking front desk help and can driver.

Excellent stay in Torreon!

When we arrived the floors were still dirty from the previous guest. The shower had no shelf (there were marks from one that had been there) for the soap or other personal items. When visiting the gym the eliptical was fucntional but had no power so no adjustments could be made. Overall one of the worst stays I have had in any hotel or motel (and that says a lot).

I have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion, and my stay has been very positive. The treatment by the staff is friendly, the facilities are comfortable and the location of the hotel offers many options of restaurants for lunch and dinner.

We have an issue with the aircondition, in the room. It was dropping water

Es lo que esperas por el precio. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación junto a la plaza comercial es muy conveniente. El desayuno esuvo muy bien. Sin embargo, las instalaciones no son las mejores. El lavabo del baño de mi habitación estaba tapado. La máquina expendedora a veces fallaba.

El aire acondicionado no servía y no se pueden abrir la ventanas. Se vuelve un ambiente muy desagradable en la habitación. El desayuno bastante malo, no está bien atendido.

I like the fact that is close to a shopping mall, lots of places to eat, and a place to walk around in a safe environment.

Have stayed at hotel rooms hundred percent better got locked in the hallway because my key didn’t work charged is extra for some sheets $100 stay away

There is mall that you can go walking

Prefect place to stay, you can walk to get food or to go shopping. I would definitely stay at this place next time when visiting there. Perfecto lugar para hospedarse, puedes caminar para agarrar comida or ir de compras a la galería oh las muchas tiendas cercanas. Yo me quedaría de nuevo cuando visite Torreón.
