Friendly staff, nice rooms

Great staff. Rooms with kitchens are great! Many sports teams stay here so there are bumps and bruises in the rooms but it is in very good condition. The gym is decent albeit a little small.

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. I would suggest that they maybe take the time to educate people when they check in on things like pool time and towels, and wifi info. The hotel is definitely showing it’s age. While the room worked for our needs and the frequently used things (like linens) were clean, the whole room needs a good cleaning. There was grime build up in some spots in the bathroom, and dust build up in many places. Lots of small water damage spots all over the bathroom and around the windows. The room we had came with a small kitchen, and there was 4 of each cup, but only 3 plates and bowls. We were also on the side that faced the freeway, and there was a lot of traffic noise. The rooms seemed soundproofed from each other though. The pool area really needed some care.

Excellent hotel - but the Moxies restaurant attached was poor.

They rent the faculties to other companies including the pool. Our family can’t swim. Very noisy

My family was awoken to accusations of noise complaints while there were multiple youth hockey teams staying at the hotel yelling and banging through halls. Upon telling staff it was not us we were sleeping, they disagreed and said it absolutely was. We were not reimbursed our deposit, instead, further charges were charged without approval to our CC. Lights in bathroom were burnt out, closet doors were broken, mildew around bath tub. Very poor experience
