This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on. The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely. The hotel isn’t actually in Baiersbronn, it’s some 2.5 miles out. As I said this was the 3rd time there and would definitely make it a 4th

Found this hotel 2 years ago and loved it, its in a little village with not much going on around it but if that doesn't worry you then this hotel is lovely. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and well cooked just a bit limited if your a fussy eater, otherwise it's fantastic. Wanted to come back to this hotel from the day we left 2 years ago and we wasn't left down on our return

Our room was quite large, with a sitting area and two very charming balconies. The decor was several decades out of date and the bathroom could definitely have used an update, but overall it was clean and well appointed. Note that the bed is German style - two separate beds next to each other, with two separate duvets and no top/flat sheet. As an American, I find this set up perplexing (why no top sheet? what if the duvet is too hot but you still want to be covered by something??) but it is fairly typical in Germany. Note also that my payment was not processed through Hotels.com; rather I had to pay at check-out which was made complicated by the fact that my credit card was rejected for no apparent reason. A debit card was accepted but the woman at the front desk did not speak sufficient English (nor I sufficient German), to explain whether this was hotel policy or just a fluke.

Excellent value - I've paid more than twice as much for hotels nowhere near as good as this one. The pool and saunas were excellent and the restaurant first rate - highly recommend the Schwabian Fillet of Beef. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Having previously been charged extortionate amounts for hotel parking I was delighted that parking is free here. One tiny negative was the lack of a kettle in the room for making tea and coffee. As an Englishman I can't function without a cup of tea first thing in the morning. But that wouldn't stop me booking here again. I've knocked a point off the "Condition of the Hotel" because the stair carpets were a bit worn but that was all. Wish I was still there!

We stayed in a part of the hotel that had not been renovated in quite some time. Hallway carpet looked stained and had rips in it. The room itself was also dated including the bathroom. Room had shaggy carpet.The bath towels were well worn with one having a large rip in it. The restaurant food was fine.

We stayed here at the end of a 3 week vacation in Germany and Austria. The Lamm was very near the best of the best. When we return to the Black Forest area this hotel will be on our list again. Room views great, meals great, staff great!

We had a 3 nights stay at Hotel Lamm, during our 3 weeks tour around Germany, this was honestly the best 3 nights. Room was spacious, it was very clean & the service was top. We ate in in the onsite restaurant all nights and food was good, breakfast was equally amazing.

Really nice service and staff. Very clean good spa but missing the really cold shower or cold plunge pool (the barrel is too small 🤗

枕が高すぎて首が痛くなった。それ以外はご飯も美味しく、立地もよくいいところ。

Das Personal hat mich sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer für eine Person war klein aber fein. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. "Problematiken" wurden sofort behoben. Es gab eine Beratung für Aktivitäten (mit Kurtaxe kostenlose) in der Umgebung plus Reiseplan. Das Essen bestand immer aus gut ausgewählter und gut zubereiteter Ware. Es gab immer ein Tagesmenü. Sehr lecker, Preis Leistung passt! Aber ist nichts für den kleinen Geldbeutel :) Kleiner Minuspunkt das Schwimmbad und die Sauna schließt um 20 Uhr, gleichzeitig mit der Küche (habe trotzdem auch um 20 nach 8 noch etwas bestellen dürfen). Fände es aber trotzdem besser wenn die Saunen länger auf hätten. :) und aktuell gibt es keine*n massör*innen. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und würde es weiter empfehlen :)

Nach einigen rufen wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, die guten Betten waren wie unter einem Vordach, so das die schrägen Decken die Kälte doch sehr abstrahlten. Es gab einen Saunabereich, den man durch den Garten erreichen konnte. Im Schwimmbad zog es kühl, wahrscheinlich durch die Belüftungsanlage. Das Frühstücks Buffett hat uns gut gefallen. Das Menü am Abend war schon etwas eigenartig, z.B. Tatar von der Räucherforelle=zerdrückte Räucherforelle mit einen Kleks Meerrettich, eine Zwiebelsuppe, die weder sichtbar Zwiebel enthielt, trüb statt klar war und ohne Käsecrouton, die auf den Punkt gebratene Forelle war mit einer scharfen Würzmischung überzogen, die den feinen Geschmack der Forelle vereinnahmte. Dazu gab es Drillinge mit Hollandaise +zerlassener Butter. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Danach konnte man an eine stillgelegte Bar gehen oder in ein Kaminzimmer, alles sehr ruhig. Das e Auto konnte man laden, mein Hybrid ist nach 8 KW voll, a 35 Cent sind 2,80 € - berechnet wurden 20 €!!!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Hotel Lamm. Super gemütliches Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Auch das Essen im Hotel war großartig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Leider habe ich ein Zimmer bekommen,was ich nicht gebucht habe (sollte mit Balkon & renoviert) sein was nicht der Fall war!Somit habe ich für das Zimmer mehr bezahlt als es letztendlich Wert war. Zimmer viel zu klein und der TV ums Eck,wobei ein gemütlicher TV nicht möglich war. Frühstück sehr lieblos und nicht dekoriert. Dürfen Wurst lag auf Stapeln und ebenso der Käse. Kaum gesunde Lebensmittel. Das Abendessen war gefühlt, ein Aufback Schnitzel und viel zu wenig für einen tollen Gasthof.Außerdem wurde mein Extrawunsch (Soße) ignoriert. Sehr schade für solch einen tollen Ort
