Great for a bargain night at the beach. The hotel was beachfront and close to the pier, so that sums up the highlights. The staff were great and very helpful. As for the room, it was clean. However, the TV didn't work, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom, and the mattress was lumpy and not wonderful as a large male. Focusing on positives, location, staff, and 85 quid for a Saturday night. Would I stay there again, ehhh, maybe? Probably not.

Functionally acceptable, but there were better hotels along the seafront for similar prices. I won’t be staying there again. It was a hot night, so I had the windows open and the environment was very noisy, so I didn't get much sleep. The following night, I realised fans were available but only noticed discreet signs mentioning them, even then very uncomfortable, but on the upside the staff did very well with what they had to work with.

Love staying at the Riviera we stay here 3/4 times a year staff are helpful and friendly.It is a great location, seafront near the pier and a short walk to shops and restaurants.Would highly recommend this hotel

Great staff lovely room

We stayed in an economy room for one night - Bed was a double and fairly comfortable. Our room was small, tv en-suite - the shower was fixed and to small for my partner. Staff were friendly. We stayed as we went to the theatre which was a short walk. All in all a little dated but clean.

The room and the bath room , and tha Hotel is very clean and tidy.👍 The bed is comfortable. The furnishings and furniture are in perfect condition. 👍 All electronic devices work.
