Hotel is small and a little ran down. The air vents does not work at bathroom, The window i my firs room did not shut firmly and street noise was high due to this. The wall papers are perling off in some locations. There is smell of waste water in the stair.

Air conditioning weren’t working and management didn’t even respond to our complaints regarding the issue

I can not complain even a bit. For 50USD per night, you get a brand new accommodation with nice staff and delicious breakfast in one of the best locations of Ankara.

Comfortable stau

It was good in general, the hotel was close to the place I needed to go and the staff were very nice since my booking was for 2 nights but I finished my work early and they were very kind to give me back my money

Friendly staff and great breakfast. All ingredients from their own garden. Clean and nice view.

The air conditioning was not working and the room was humid as hell. All of us were drenched in sweat overnight and the window only partially got opened by design. The most horrendous night I have ever spent in a hotel. I had to come down and sleep on the sofa in the lobby area in the middle of the night. The hotel staff were totally useless. They couldn't even give us a fan to make it more tolerable. Stay away!!

Everything is fine except a matless in room. It is quite aged.

It's a nice quiet hotel. I needed quiet place to focus on my business and this hotel satisfied my needs. They offered very good breakfast with variety of sweet and salty food. The staff of the hotel didn't speak fluent English, but they could understand some. Internet connection was very fast.

Temiz oda

Kısa süreli iş için gelenlere uygun temiz, güleryüzlü, yardımsever çalışanları olan bir otel. Bina ve odalar biraz demode ama sıkıntı değil, sonuçta temiz. Kahvaltıda poşet ekmek yerine taze pişmiş ekmek verseler daha da iyi olur.

Fair price/service hotel. Central area. Personnel very kind. Unfortuntely - often happening in Turkey - the room was smelling smoke.

Niza was an excellent option. Nice room and location. Staff was polite and helpful. They speak English, which should not be taken for granted in general in Turkey.

Parcheggio

Çalışanlar hem güleryüzlü hem de çok yardımcılar. Resepsiyondaki, restorandaki ve ilk girişte odaya eşlik kişiler gayet çözüm odaklı yardımcı kişiler. Kaldığım oda temizdi. Tek kişilik odanın yatağı, iki tane küçük yatağın birleşimi gibiydi. Tek parça çift kişilik veya queen boy yatak daha konforlu olur. Bir de asansör kapısının açılma veya kapanma sesi o kadar şiddetli ki odadan duyuluyor ve uykudan uyandırabiliyor. Sanki bir dolap kapağını sertçe vurur gibi bir ses. Buna çözüm bulunabilse iyi olur. Kahvaltısı yeterli.

Otel eski bir otel. Maalesef cok temiz durmuyor. Kahvaltisi yetersiz. Covid onlemleri cercevesinde kahvaltiyi kendileri paketlemisler fakat tabak basina 1 domates koymuslar. Yangin algilama sisteminde hatalari var, odamdaki dedektorun devamli kirmizi isigi yaniyordu. Bu durum sadece sistem eger hatali alarm veriyorsa ya da bakima igtiyaci varsa olur. Otelin kesinlikle renovasyona ihtiyaci var.
