It’s not the property but the amenities they stated they have that they do not have.

Lady running breakfast was extremely rude wouldn’t speak to anyone when people would say good morning and heard it because she would roll her eyes with everyone will be back two more times this year hopefully this improves

Like that there was breakfast included and an airport shuttle

The service was great. It would have been nice to get housekeeping every day. They told us that housekeeping skipped our room because we had the Do Not Disturb sign out. We left for the day a bit later in the morning and made sure the Do Not disturb sign was left inside the room. Still….it would be nice for to do a second check and clean things up while we’re out of the room.

Water pressure is non existent , bed very un comfortable pillows all flat, you can hear everything in neighboring rooms.

Arrived and given a key to room and it was still unturned from previous guests. Moved to new broom and key didn’t work , got that fixed to have unclean room with bedbug (alive)found

Check in staff was very pleasant, hotel was clean and in great proximity to airport

The only thing was in our bathroom. The floor right in front of the toilet was sinking in like you could fall through and the shower curtain holder was broken and barely hanging on one side. Every thing else was great.

Nice place to stay! Clean, comfortable, nice staff. Good price and not a long drive to downtown or the Perot museum.

It was nice close to the airport

Front desk host did a good job of making the homeless people leave the lobby as they were bothering guests and trying to interfere with check in. Room was VERY noisy, strong smell of marijuana in the halls that would seep into the room. Bed was fine.

The first room I was given wreaked of urine. I was given another room. The bathtub was stained the bottom of the tub was very dirty. The ac control fell off when I changed the temp. The hotel needs to be remodeled. I would like a refund or half at least returned.

Check-in wasn't a smooth experience, and it felt like the staff didn't care about the amount of people waiting to check in. Most of the gym equipment is 'out of order,' ice machine was 'out of order,' and many cockroaches hang out around the fence area at night. Infestation of them at night if you're trying to smoke outside. Other than that, the room is spacious and seems clean.
