The food, I think they can do it better with more flavorful ingredients from the region but the prices are fare

Nice property, I love it

A beautiful hotel with a great view. It’s walkable to shops and restaurants just across the bridge. The pool was beautiful and very clean.

I totally recommend this hotel, it's very nice and clean with a beautiful pool and the lake view from most rooms and from the dining areas. Staff are friendly, the restaurant is ok, it's walkable to al lot of restaurants and shops, .

This property overlooks the island of Flores and is very tranquil. The staff were great -even helping arrange a shuttle back and forth to the airport. When our flight was cancelled they even came to collect us and we had dinner at their restaurant before catching a later flight. Wouldn't recommend to Americans to walk to Flores island. Better to catch a Tuk Tuk for 10-15Q per person.

I am very happy with HOTEL LA CASONA DEL LAGO IN FLORES PETEN. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY CARING AND ATTENTIVE. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF I RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS.

Beautiful views and pool and deck areas! Good breakfast choices other meals, not so much.

This was a very pleasant hotel in Flores. Beautiful views of the lake and a lovely setting. Staff helpful and happy. Location was excellent.

The hotel is a short walk to the island of flores, restaurants and shops. It sots on the banks of the lake so it has a lovely view. The room itself was comfy and spacious. Good choice of breakfast in the morning. Great little pool to chill too after a long day out

Room service and the service at the restaurant was awful .. dirty dishes everywhere.. I like the hotel but I was expecting more

The staff at the hotel were kind and accommodating. The front desk staff helped us several times with transportation - called a water taxi for us to explore other areas that weren’t accessible by tuk tuk or taxi, arranged transportation to Tikal, and to and from the airport. Beautiful views, great breakfast included with your stay, nice balconies attached to rooms, clean space.

Easy walk to Flores, nice breakfast, and pool, the pool was a great relief after walking and hiking. Food options are wonderful in Flores as well as the hotel

The hotel was ok for 1 night stay but Tv didn’t work, wasn’t clean, I found a bug in the bed and have a funny smell
