It was nice and very close to a lot of good areas

My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and when I finally got my room the fridge was only for chilling the mini bar items so I could not put my birthday wine in it to chill. I called Guest Services to see about ice and was told where it was, but also that it is often out and if that is the case that I had to go down to the bar to get some. At the pool, there were no towels and no staff to ask about that; luckily a nice family gave me one of theirs. Lastly, the door to the stairs we were by in room 420 slammed loudly all night.

I booked this hotel (weekday) for my daughter for her birthday. I stay at the Radisson blu frequently. I am a vip member and unfortunately at checkin the receptionist Ted was making condescending jokes to my daughter and her husband. When they requested a balcony or a room upgrade he ignored them. Additionally, they called the front desk to request towels and they never came. When you’re spending 400+ for a hotel for one night they should have gotten better treatment. I love this hotel but the staff failed my daughter on her birthday!

Great stay! Amenities are excellent and wonderful location. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The staff was amazing, the giant pretzel was amazing from Firelake.

Rooms were spacious

I mean, I love the property. The views are great and the amenities are endless. But the restaurant

The atmosphere and vibe were amazing. Very clean, loved the decor!!! We checked in at 5:00 with no rooms available. We were told our drinks would be covered at the bar. We ordered food and when the check came, the drinks were on the bill. The outdoor hot tub was not even warm. The hot tub inside had no water in it. Those were disappointing and I wish we had been told/ compensated for those. We picked that hotel for some of those reasons.

Everything was great, except I didn’t expect to pay so much parking.

For spending so much money, I was a bit disappointed to see so much garbage around the pool; sauna and steamroom and one of the hot tubs not working at various times throughout our stay; no towels by the pool, etc. The employees looked like they were working so hard, so maybe they were just short staffed?

Used to be my favorite hotel in DT Chicago. Still love the rooftop pool. Don’t play music tho 🙄 every morning it sounded like someone was emptying a giant garbage bag of tin cans or pop cans WTH it was at like 7am. Both mornings. Loud cleaning staff banging around and loudly chatting super early. Checkin line had like 50 people in it. The checkin staff was super nice and helpful as was the luggage person. Probably won’t stay again.

Was a bit disappointed that my room wasnt ready pass check in. Beside that room was okay.

Great hotel with a fantastic pool with city views. Large rooms, great with a balcony. Walkable to many sights.

There were lots of good spots to grab a bite to eat around the area, as well as grocery stores. The hotel also had a fair amount of amenities to enjoy on my stay. Overall it was a great experience

The stay itself was great, they did have a resort fee that we were not made aware of until the end of our stay. However, everyone was lovely and the rooms are kept very clean. The restaurant downstairs has some great food.

A comfortable hotel - staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was VERY noisy - ask to not be near an elevator bank as they are extremely loud. The manager was helpful and asked if we’d like to switch rooms - as I said, thy are quite accommodating. The 1st floor restaurant is quite nice with good food and great wait staff. The pool is a big plus of this hotel - inside and outside. There are plenty of chairs - several covered cabanas - grills and even a running track. It is designed quite well. Plus you can’t beat the location.
