An awesome stay.Highly recommend.

This property is in a lovely, mostly quiet, residential area not far from restaurants and shops. (Some neighbors seemed to be gearing up for a party one night but all was quiet by 9:30 PM.) The walk to the business district was pleasant and less than 1 mile. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The room and surroundings were clean and comfortable, fine for the price. Ohakune is a short drive from Tongariro National Park and refreshingly uncrowded. Restaurant choices were varied and plentiful. Bonus: a nice view of Ruapehu mountain from the hotel’s neighborhood! We would stay here again.

Comfortable stopover

Our room was like a ski chalet so warm and cosy.

Staff was helpful and the price was good, stove and kettle weren't the best but nothing major.

Good location and stay for a weekend gateway. Turoa ski field just about 20 min away!! Dedicated parking and good heating with some basic amenities sufficient for a short stay.

Family unit was spacious with two bathrooms. Only one negative…the wifi does not reach to the family unit next to road as too far away.

Reception was matter of fact. Room was stuffy, Bed was firm and pillows need a wash or replacement.

Cosy and clean rooms. Very reasonable price. Proximity to forest walking trails.

Very easy for late arrival and early departure

We were surprised by the upgrade - and it was just fabulous! Perfectly quiet for a couple of old girls having a road trip, and we really enjoyed staying with you. Ohakune had some lovely surprises too - we weren't aware of all the options available. Walking track to the falls was a bit tiring, but we made it half way and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.

Great location. 2 bedroom apartment is spacious. Is much better than the pictures show.

room was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. kitchenette made it super easy to feed my family and not buy take aways. kids loved the trampoline! Only downside was the Wi-Fi isn't very good in the rooms we ended up having to use our data.

Good convenient and well priced . However shower temperature was very temperamental.
