Hotel is located up a back street , and hard to find . Having to ask a few locals for directions . Quite distant from nearest beach , although a short walk has One looking to the main harbour area .The single room was excellent and clean , while the staff were friendly and helpful enough . Cannot vouch for local shops , simply because I arrived late and departed early .

The shower attachment was broken, and was not fixed. This is not fully accessible, there are steps leading to a lift which then takes you up to Reception on the first floor. There are no dining options, but there are cafes nearby.

It was ok but way less hotel and more hostile like - beds uncomfortable- no fan or ac or refrigerator

I got there on the day of my booking just to found out that there is no room available. They couldn't even find my reservation.It was a nightmare, and it was beyond my ability to comprehend. I was half of the world from home at 2AM, and still on the street trying to find a room to stay in. It was a quiet experience.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was sparkling clean. Staff were exceedingly helpful, approachable and efficient. We were given kettles and a fridge for no extra cost. Our balcony (ies) overlooked the city building. Right across the road from the Central Market (equivalent to Market Hall). One street away from the English Quarter (shopping). Near the bus lines. All food outlets were superb. Thoroughly recommend it. BUT it is necessary to speak even a little Spanish or life could be a little difficult.

Hotel sencillo, en el zona comercial centrica de la ciudad, a un paso de tiendas, cafeterias y restaurantes. Cómodo para moverse por la ciudad. Buen precio, limpio, aunque en algunas cosas necesita una renovación.

Et veldig bra to-stjerners hotel! Ligger i nærheten av El Corte Ingles og busstasjonen Santa Catalina. Gode senger og utmerket renhold, flott bad! Kan absolutt!

Et slidt hotel der ligger bag madmarkedet så der lugter lidt af fisk. Personalet kunne ikke tale engelsk. Og de larmende mere hele natten end hvad der kunne høres ude fra gaden

Un poco muy anticuado pero decente

El hotel es viejo y sin mantenimiento. Pedimos una cama matrimonial y nos dijeron que no tenían disponible, que podíamos juntar las camas individuales, así lo hicimos pero las camas están de diferente nivel así que tampoco pudimos estar cómodos! Las camas suenan al acostarse, colchones viejos y sucios. No lo recomiendo

Por ese precio se encuentran mejores habitaciones en Las Palmas

Close to the best beaches of Las Palmas. Great supermarket next door. Friendly receptionists. Comfortable bed, renovated bathroom. Wi-Fi OK. LED TV with spanish channels. Not the best view from the balcony (2nd floor).

Bra hotel med tanke på pris. Nöjd med allt förutom hissen som stannade varje gång på våning 1.

Två stjärnor hotell ganska centralt i LAS Palmas Rent och tyvärr urusla sängar. Man kände fjädrarna i madrassen. Hotellet var under restaurering
