The room was so gross and dirty. The sheets and pillowcases were clean at least, but everything else gave me the heebie jeebies. Food on the floor, Bobby pins, crumbs, dirt and food stains all over walls and counters. Nasty. Ridiculous for the amount of money I had to pay for a night.

This property is a fine extended stay location with convenient access to the Trinity Hospital complex. And actually, Minot is quite compact and you can reach the Minot airport on the other side of town in about ten minutes. I have stayed here and given it favorable reviews several times.

We had trouble with a door not locking and we got a different room. (One that had recently been refurbished). Whenever we called the front desk for help they responded quickly. The last time we were there we had left something behind and they remembered us and told us it was in lost and found. They helped us with the door when we needed help. It was just a wonderful experience for us.

Wonderful staff and clean rooms!

This Wyndham is especially convenient to the new Trinity Hospital complex. And dining options and shopping are nearby. The airport is on the other side of downtown, but really is only a few minutes drive away. A decent hot breakfast is served in a large attractive area.

The room apparently had some painting or something done. There was dust or spray or something everywhere. Including the TV, door handles, chairs and mirrors. We were told upon check out that it was paint overspray. No matter. It appeared filthy because of it.

Front entrance was warm & inviting. The room was spacious, and the amenities were great. We liked the full size fridge, the cooktop, and especially the microwave/oven combo. The TV was a bit small but it worked good. The only complaint or area we thought could used improved, was the mattress. Most hotels now offer "pillowtop" mattresses, but not here yet.

Put in an "upgrade" from the 2 bed room we booked. It wad a handicap room in the back corner. The fridge made gringing noises all night. The flooring was so thin that you could here every step the people above us made. The beds were ok, breakfast standard breakfast. Room was very hot when we checked in and very cold when we got up in morning. Would hesitate to book this hotel in future.

Hotel was adequate but pricy. Breakfast had several empty options. No house keeping staff on the 2nd day. Heater was clicking and noisy. Dishwasher was full of dishes in room so we had to run it before being able to use them.

Smelled like a diesel shop. Bathroom hair all over shower. Carpets dirty.

This as a really good hotel. It was clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and in good repair. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was quite good and the amenities were appreciated. The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 was because of the bathroom. I found it quite cold and the floor was a bit slippery and cold. The shower was slippery as well and I was concerned about slipping and falling. Overall, however, this was a great place to stay.

Nice hotel, convenient to shopping, restaurants and hospital. Room was large and very clean. Breakfast had many options.

The room was very good. We liked the kitchenette. Very comfortable overall. Good breakfast too. I didn't like that we had to pay $25 extra to stay until noon.

We had a wonderful time here. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious both days that we stayed.

I liked this hotel and have stayed there several times a year over the past ten years, but I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I accidentally made a reservation online via Expedia for the wrong date (i.e. tonight, as opposed to tomorrow night which I meant) ... I called the manager on duty at the hotel within 10 minutes after making the reservation, and they refused to make a change to tomorrow night. They said it was against their policy. REALLY?!? A simple date mistake on my part and they steal over a $100 from me?!? This would have been the simplest fix in the world of customer service. It's beyond comprehension. What the hell is wrong with the management at this hotel? NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN. Expedia also tried, but got the same answer - so it's not Expedia's fault ... this is strictly a bad management team at the individual hotel stealing money from any client who books thru Expedia (and makes a very common date mistake). Reprehensible.

The hotel was nice and clean enough, there were some minor repairs required i.e. the ice maker in the fridge in the room was broken, the door to the room stuck and was hard to open.

Exceptional hotel!

The hotel doesn’t appear to be that old but it has clearly had some rough use in its lifetime.
