Good hotel. Staff was friendly enough, no complaints. Parking was secure and free. Wifi was good and reliable. Shower was pretty ok. Area not bad but we didn't look if restaurants, etc were around. Room wasn't terribly updated but not bad. It was close to where we needed to be the next morning. We didn't check in until 3am and didn't have any problems doing that.

Good Location and and the Staff work on professional standart

I was there for one night because it was close to the offices I had to go to. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with a couple of requests I had. The room is not big but has a desk and all the necessary amenities for a nice stay. Breakfast was pretty good.

Nice hotel near Berrini district and Congonhas airport.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip. It offered a clean room and comfortable bed. WiFi worked well (that seems to be the most important amenity in a hotel these days). The staff was responsive to requests (for example it was raining and i they let me borrow an umbrella to walk to a restaurant 3 blocks away). This hotel is nothing fancy, it is pretty bare bones, so don't expect too much. At the same time, there was nothing wrong with this place either. There is not much withing walking distance, but the Morumbi Shopping is a short 1.5km taxi ride away. I probably wouldn't stay here with family, but would stay again for a short business trip.

Hotel was decent, for the cost, it was great compared to other experiences in the area. Big plus for me was ironing board and iron, coffee maker in the room with a kitchenette and microwave. Big negative was the wall unit AC that was over one of the beds and required me to step up on the bed to adjust it. The room service was good, I had two meals and they were both good, quickly delivered hot. The desk was helpful and spoke great english.....

I was traveling on business to participate at an expo taking place in the close by Transamerica Expo Centre. The hotel is practical and a reasonable value for what you get. A shuttle bus service to the venue every 30 minutes came in handy. There is also a Taxi point across the street. The neighbourhood does not offer much in way of cultural or entertaining possibilities. The overall decoration is dated and depressing, could do better with much less. The alla carte wasn't very good. Positives: good breakfast, room had lots of space, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Just good to spend a night or two, needs a revamp.
